Great Newport location. Short walk to the beach, great neighborhood for walking. Loved that we could walk to a few restaurants on Aquidneck Avenue. (Loved Clemmie's ice cream and Diego's tacos. House layout, amenities and furnishings were all great. We had a very comfortable and relaxing get away. I would definitely return.

We had a great stay at this location, it’s very convenient and centrally located. There were a bunch of great lunch spots, coffee options and shopping. It was great being able to bring our cars and the kitchen was brand new. The bedrooms were light and bright and all the finishes were good! I would recommend bringing an eye mask for sleeping in the smaller rooms as they can be bright in the morning, but the primary has great blackout curtains. We were a group of 6 adults and we fit very comfortably. Chandler was a good host and easily reached.

This was a fantastic find! Chandler was an excellent host, communicative and very accommodating. I’m sure you have already read about the comfortable beds - believe it. Hands down the most comfortable of all of the rentals in which I have stayed. My friends and I all tried checking for a brand name with no luck. The location was great - very close to the vineyard, grocery store, fast food and a quick drive to downtown Newport. I would not hesitate to stay here again.

Very nicely and recently renovated. Chandler was easy to deal with. The toilets both need some minor attention. The king bed en-suite seat is loose and in the other upstairs bathroom the water continues to run unless you jiggle the handle. But we enjoyed ourselves very much.

So comfortable and so close to the attractions

We spent three nights and had a great time, gone during the day, visiting all the sites in the area and enjoying the great food, and then coming home to a very comfortable place, great beds, a great sectional to relax on at the end of the day and watch a movie, we will definitely stay there again

Chandler was an excellent host. His communication was clear and he responded to our questions within minutes. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this home. It was clean, comfortable and spacious with a well appointed kitchen. The location is close to the Navy base, with plenty of shopping nearby. Highly recommend!
