"Great location, but major cleaning issues While the staff was friendly and the location is convenient, I can’t overlook the fact that there were bugs in the lobby and inside my room. It made the entire hotel feel unkempt and poorly maintained. I really wanted to like this place, but I won't be returning until I’m sure the pest issues are resolved."

"Our stay at the Comfort Inn Cuyahoga Falls was average. All of the staff and people at the front desk were very pleasant and helpful. The lady working in the breakfast area in the morning was doing an outstanding job keeping up. The hotel itself and the rooms are not new and showing some age. Our room had a very bad smell- kind of like wet towels. There was a pool party happening while we were there, so kids were everywhere and playing on the staircase every time we went up or down. "I appreciate orange juice for breakfast and there wasn’t any. I was there for three days. On the first day I told the front desk manager there were no paper towels in the men’s room. When I left there were still no towels and the overflowing waste basket hadn’t been touched "

"AMAZING BREAKFAST! THEY HAVE OMLET ON DEMAND. DELICIOUS! Room was clean and great space for big groups. My only complaint and disappointment is that, because we were a big group we did use the sofa bed and it was a big disappointment. The mattress was super thin and it was leaning back, so we had sleep where the feet goes. And this line of hotel I would have expected better quality."

"Did not give us new towels , but they brought some up when we called. The staff was always cleaning and working on site though. Hot tub was closed off. The pool area needs some attention but they were working on it. Could really use more parking spots."

"The breakfast was excellent. Some of my favorite shops are nearby including TJ Max, Home Goods, Talbots and Sketchers Outlet. The bed was AMAZING comfortable. On the downside, the TV channel selection was very limited, which frustrated my husband, and the coffee pot in our room was broken. We will be back!"

"Place is clean but it’s old. To me smelled like smoke. Toilet and shower work ok but not the greatest. Walls are paper thin can hear people just talking in the next room. Breakfast first day was out of everything and had to wait for food to be restocked. Second day was much better. Food selection is limited."
