The Space:

Doucemer is a spacious and comfortably furnished holiday apartment with a strong focus on space, coziness and a beautiful seaside location.



Upon entering, you first arrive in the entryway, which provides access to the apartment’s various living areas. You then walk into the spacious, open-concept kitchen, dining area, and living room, which flow seamlessly into one another. The fully equipped kitchen is exceptionally spacious and comes with every amenity for a carefree stay: a Nespresso machine, dishwasher, oven, microwave, and even an air fryer.



Adjacent to this is the dining area, warmly and attractively decorated with wooden accents and a comfortable sofa.



The living room offers a view of the sea and is furnished with a spacious sofa where the whole group can relax together. There is also a flat-screen TV.



Doucemer has 4 bedrooms: three with double beds and one with a bunk bed for 3 people, ideal for children. Upon arrival, the beds are already made so your holiday can start immediately.



There are also 2 bathrooms: one with a shower and washbasin, and one with a bathtub, washbasin and toilet. Towels are provided as well.



Finally, the location is a major asset: within walking distance of the beach and the sea. The modern Casino Silt Middelkerke, cosy restaurants and public transport are also nearby, making it easy to explore everything on foot while enjoying the vibrant coastal atmosphere.

PRE-CHECK-IN AND RENTAL DEPOSIT:

If you book this accommodation you agree to pay a rental deposit of €500. A few days before arrival, if your reservation is confirmed, you will receive an email with a pre-check-in form. In it we will ask for your personal contact information and you will also need to arrange the rental deposit. After paying the rental deposit and completing the pre-check-in form, you will receive the necessary check-in instructions along with great tips and addresses of the area. Check-in to the accommodation is possible 24/24.



LINEN:

Quality bed linen and towels (kitchen and bathroom) are provided in this accommodation.



CLEANING:

Upon arrival, the accommodation is professionally prepared and cleaned. Cleaning is included in the price. You, as a guest, must leave the accommodation in a clean condition when leaving the accommodation. If the accommodation is not left properly and excessively dirty, additional fees will be charged.



CONSUMPTION:

Normal consumption of water, heating and electricity are included in the rental price. Excessive consumption will result in additional charges.



CONTROL:

The accommodation is checked for damage and theft at every check-in and check-out. Damage incurred during the rental period must be reported immediately. The guest uses the accommodation at his/her own risk. The owner and the rental office are not responsible for theft or accidents that happen in and around the accommodation.



OTHER:

Rentus is the property agent who operates in the name and on behalf of the owner. The accommodation is furnished and equipped with kitchen and sanitary facilities. Cooking utensils and dishes are provided for the number of people allowed in the accommodation. The total price includes the rental of the accommodation (of which 90% refers to the property and 10% to the furniture), the cleaning fee and any administration costs.
