Modern New-Build w/ Screened Porch - Walk to Beach

Our newly-constructed vacation home near Sheridan Beach is the perfect place to relax, refresh, and enjoy the best that Michigan City has to offer.

This modern townhouse has an open-concept and is beautifully decorated with new furniture & a brand new 7-person hot tub.

Easily walk to the beach (8 min) and 2 neighborhood favorites (2 min): Dune Billies Café coffee/breakfast and Cool Running for drinks, jerk chicken & seafood.

We have all the essentials: beach towels, umbrella, wagon, Yeti cooler, and much more.

We designed the house to be the perfect space for all ages. Bring your friends and family - we'd love to share it with you!

The house has two levels: the main floor and an upper level. The main floor has a fully-equipped kitchen, a dining room with farmhouse-style table (handcrafted by the host!) for eight people and a living room with a 65" Smart TV that you can use to enjoy streaming services like Netflix, Hulu etc. There's also a screened-in porch with three comfy sofas that are perfect for morning coffee chats or lounging around after a long day at the beach. There is a washer/dryer if you need to wash clothes or towels during your stay and a half bath just off the main level hallway.

On the upper level of our home, there are three bedrooms: one king bedroom with a dedicated workspace that also has a double vanity en-suite bathroom ; another queen bedroom with bathroom access; and finally, a fun bunk bedroom setup that sleeps one on top (Twin), two on bottom (Queen), with an additional Twin trundle underneath.. this room is great for packing the kids in together.

We had the best time in Mich City and the house was a big part of that. Everything was fresh and it had a ton of space for everyone, the kids loved hanging in the screened in porch!The beach wasn’t crowded and the sand/water was perfect!Check in/out was seamless. Clean, new build, modern, beautiful rental. Location was great.

Great location to beach, short drive to other attractions and local restaurants/breweries. Great place for family/extended family to get together for relaxing, eating, playing games, and spending time together with a few local attractions if they choose. We wanted a place that was 3-5 hour drive from home that provided a relaxing , low key vacation with a few local attractions in the area. Rental location was great, and seems to be an area that is growing. The town needs to keep up with the growth that seems to be coming to the area.

Weekend Family Getaway

This unit is everything it says it is! It was top notch - new, clean, everything worked. You name it and the owner had thought of it. We were impressed! It was close to the beach - we walked it. The unit was equipped with a wagon, beach chairs, umbrella, cooler, etc. The beach was much nicer than I expected too. The only minor downfall was some of the walk to and from did not have sidewalks. Not a deal breaker for our group!! We were really pleased and would recommend to anyone!

Beautiful Property, Close to the Beach

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. It was clean and the manager communicated very clearly. We had our four boys with us and we were close enough to the beach that no one minded walking the distance a few times each day. When we were looking at the property, we wondered if all the reviews were from friends or family because they were so positive but after staying there we completely understand why each review is glowing.

Home away from home!

We had an amazing stay in this beautiful home. The home is so nicely furnished, everything you could need was furnished, especially the kitchen. Our host Eric was on top of making sure everything was as it should be and answered quickly with any questions. I would highly recommend this property and can't wait to visit again!

Everything we needed and then some! Beautiful home with all of the furnishings. We were very comfortable. Excellent location just minutes from the beaches of Lake Michigan. (We even walked to the lighthouse) and Outlet Mall. Highly recommend this perfect getaway home!

Great property!

This property had everything we needed and more! Very nice, clean, and a quick walk to the beach. Being new to the area the only thing we were missing was some sort of visitors guide! Would absolutely recommend for families with kids of any ages. We look forward to hopefully staying again next summer!
