INDOOR GATHERING SPACE
The perfect home away from home. The main level offers a large living room with high ceilings and an open concept, perfect for relaxing with the family after a day in the sun. The fully equipped kitchen is also great for cooking and spending time with the whole family. You will also find a full-size washer and dryer as well as a main level bath complete with a rain shower. The main level bedroom with a king bed features its own full, private en suite bathroom.

OUTDOOR GATHERING SPACE
Screened in porches are abound and a sundeck on the second floor offers even more outdoor space to be enjoyed. The Getaway also offers a beautifully designed fire pit with seating for your outdoor enjoyment.

Located on picturesque Beachwalk Lane and centrally placed between Lake Michigan and the Beachwalk amenities, this home is in the perfect location with a short walk to both.

Parking for 4 cars 2 along the street in front of the house and 2 in the rear driveway, nearby overflow parking for extra cars

Professionally managed means peace of mind during your stay. Front desk associates, housekeeping and maintenance staff are nearby should you need anything during your stay. It’s your vacation, we are here to ensure you enjoy it.

4ft heated pool*, toddler pool*, basketball court*, tennis court, bocce ball court, shuffleboard*, Sandcastle playground, putting green, paddle boarding* and kayaking*, catch and release fishing. Parking Passes ($5 each) and Wristbands ($15 each) are required for all guests ages 4 and up mid-May through September.

Perfect location and plenty of things to do!

This house was perfect for our group! House was very nice and clean! Plenty of space. It’s very close to the pool and the beach. Very easy walk to both. Renting the golf cart was fun to take the kids cruising around. We will defiantly come back again!

This property is very cute, perfect location on Main Street in the Beachwalk neighborhood. Kids loved that it was a bright pink house. There were great beach chairs, toys, and a huge lily pad which made our 11 year olds’ entire trip special! The only 2 minor issues were that the place wasn’t ready until about 45 min after check in which isn’t bad but with 4 kids after a 5 hour drive, it was tough to hold them back and there were ants in the kitchen (not many, but I saw them). Mattress in BR on main floor isn’t super great and can get hot in one of the BR upstairs. Else, it was clean, easy access, cute place, lots of room, open floor plan on main, good parking, good neighborhood, TV in each room. Screened in porch is awesome as are balconies. Everyone said they’d come back!
