By appointment, and extra charge. 2 mountain bikes, tandem, and female cruiser (not available winter). A two person JACUZZI TUB, with a TV, for viewing while you are lying in the tub. Pour water on the rocks of the HOT ROCK SAUNA, to make steam. Belgium Waffle Machine & Snow Cone Machine. Enjoy a FULL-SIZE PACMAN ARCADE MACHINE (w/ 60 games from the 1980s) CRUSIN U.S.A ( with steering wheel and gas pedal ). An Arcade Golf Machine, Pinball, Play Station 4, and Wac-A-Mole. A 2-person basketball game with 7-inch basketballs, 2 hoops and electronic scoreboard. A Ping Pong Table. The games are all free and good for rainy days. 2 Paddle Boards, 2 solo Kayaks, 1 tandem kayak/Surf Boards,( Summer only), and Bean Bag Toss- Cornhole &and Spike Ball Games for the beach. Free Soda machine w/ 4 flavors, Belgium waffle, Shaved ice and Popcorn machines, 3 types of Coffee machines and coffee grinder. View the wildlife in the wilderness next to the rental at our feeding station during the daytime or on your TV through a night vision camera.

(including children and guests) maximum at all times, including guests. Age limit = minimum is 25 of the primary renter, children are welcome. 2 Night Minimum. Pets are allowed $60 fee (please pay the pet fee on the VRBO site), shedding dogs keep brushed and uncontrolled barking is not allowed. If you go out and leave your dog alone please don't leave your dog alone the first night. 2 pet maximum.
This unit has panoramic views of the lake and dunes and is surrounded by wilderness on 2 sides of an unused park. There is nothing between you and the fine, sandy beach except a short walk down the footpath through the sand dunes to the lake. The sand is so fine that when you drag your feet, it actually squeaks. Access the hot tub or the BBQ on the deck or stay inside and listen to the soothing sounds of Lake Michigan’s surf ( when the waves are up) and the songs of the crickets in the dunes. Let the sounds lull you to sleep. The master bedroom features a king-size/four-poster bed. This is a 5-star accommodation at an awesome, natural 5-star location. Beach chairs are provided.

My family and I had a great time staying at the beach house. It was very clean and had everything we needed. The kids loved the arcade games and the hot tub. It was very easy to communicate with the owner. Great beach access, just wish it was a little warmer :)

My family and I stayed for a weekend so we could be close to Chicago for a basketball game. The beachfront property is in a great location on the beach with a hot tub overlooking the lake. The game room was fun and easy access in and out. The price was reasonable for the space provided. We will try to make it back in the summer.

Overall, the stay was very enjoyable. The unit was very comfortable, with everything one might need. The Manager, Mark, was very attentive & personable! We enjoyed him greatly. The only caution is the walkway & narrow stairs up to the unit that can be a challenge for anyone with balance issues, & while carrying items such as suitcases or groceries.

We rented this property for a short family trip. I believe my husband and I have mentioned how wonderful it was to every person we have spoken to since arriving home. There is so much to do inside the unit. It has a fantastic view and direct path to the beach that was never crowded. I cannot say enough great things about the property, area, or communication with the property manager. I have no doubt we will return, and we have probably convinced people we know to stay here as well. A few very minor things could have improved our stay, although not all of them are within their control. The wifi could have been better. There were some areas in the unit where it did not work well. There is an excellent path to the beach, but you would have to drive anywhere else. Parking is a little tight. I did not find it too bad, but my husband struggled with getting out of the drive. Overall, the good far outweighs any negatives. I started to write this review by listing all the pros and cons, but I reached the character limit before I even finished the pros and had to start over. There are many things to do in the area. There are clear instructions for everything you need to know how to use. Communication was great. I highly recommend this property to families, single people, or couples.

This was a true last minute gem directly on the sands of Lake MI. It is a few minute walk thru sand to get to the beach but it is so AmaZing. This three bedroom second level beach house is a tad dated, but has so many fun things to do. It has a hot tub that is nestled in the woods on the deck. It has a pinball machine and a video game that has 60 different games from the 80s😊 It comfortably slept for adults. One of the bedrooms has a double mattress on the bottom bunkbed that did not look comfortable, but no one actually slept on it. Mark the caretaker was available for any questions that we had. The only negative would be the on street parking but Lake Michigan parking this close to the beach is painful for every house rental. There was an issue with one of the other renters parking inappropriately, but the problem is quickly remedied. We would definitely recommend and stay here again.

Single mom with 3 kids (15, 10, 6). We enjoyed all of the amenities. The small touches made it comfortable. We enjoyed the kayak and boogie boards available to use on the private piece of beach. Totally worth it!

This is not a house its an apartment with guests above you below you and beside you. No parking for more than one vehicle...the place is overgrown and the property is full of junk hot tubs and a pool ?? The bicycles are all rusty with flat tires and i woke up one morning with our celing leaking on our bed...theres a reason theres no outside pictures

While the inside was cozy and there was plenty to do, the beach was the huge win for us. It was clean, easy to get to, and absolutely beautiful. We are also so grateful we were able to bring our dog as she is a close part of the family and loved playing in the water and sand. She absolutely loved looking at herself in the mirror closet doors too! Thank you for letting us visit!

We’ve stayed here 3 or 4 times. Nice large 3 bedroom home close to the beach. Beach access is via Sandy path . Always clean. Comfortable beds. Indoor games, sauna, massage chair, tv in every room even 1 in bathroom, ping pong and hot tub. Nice deck. Kayaks and paddle board—bring someone strong to pull dolly with kayak/paddle board back and forth trail to beach it’s a big workout. Located in safe neighborhood. Restaurants and zoom nearby

We are raising our special needs grandson who is almost 8. He really liked the hot tub and all the arcade games. I especially enjoyed the full size pinball machine. The veiw was spectacular. The walk to the beach was over the dunes. The water was just a little too cold for us to make use of the paddle boards or kayaks. Mark the rental manager was very helpful. If you want a relaxing getaway this may be the answer.

This property gives you the serene feeling of nature and all the vibes of the beach. The host, Mark, was exceptional. Everything you can imagine is provided. Being in the hot tub on a cool night and looking over the lake was the best experience.
