The nearest metro station is a short walk away, providing quick access to explore the city. Parking is available off-premises if needed.

- EXTREMELY IMPORTANT: Consumption, purchase, or sale of any illegal substances according to Mexico City`s laws is not allowed on the property.
- The guest making the reservation must send a photo of their ID before arrival, as well as those of all people staying with them. IDs of minors are not required.
- Smoking is not allowed inside the property.
- No events or parties are allowed.
- Loud music is prohibited at all times.
- Removing makeup or any substances using the bath towels is prohibited; if any towel is stained, the respective charge will be applied.
- If you plan to have visitors, please let us know at least one day in advance. It will also be very important to provide us with a photograph of their ID.

- When entering or leaving the property and/or building, please keep noise to a minimum to avoid disturbing the neighbors.
- Please keep the entrance door closed at all times.

IDENTIFICATIONS, VISITS, AND EXTRA GUESTS:
+ The guest responsible for the reservation must send a photo of their ID at least TWO days before the arrival, as well as those of all the people who will be staying with. IDs for minors are not required.
+ VISITS ARE NOT ALLOWED.
+If you wish to add guests to your reservation (consider that the apartment accommodates a maximum of 2 guests), please send us a modification request to update the number of guests and remember to send us their IDs TWO days in advance.
