- Travelers must be at least 21 years old to book.
- Guests will be asked to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation.
- Guests might be required to present an official ID at check-in or during the stay.
- Depending on the booking site to make the reservation, a security deposit might be required, refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.
- No more guests than those listed on the reservation are allowed.
- No tents or structures are allowed to be set up on the property grounds.
- No smoking of any kind inside the home! Drug use and illegal activity on the premises are also strictly prohibited. Failure to comply results in a $300 USD fine.
- No parties, events, or excessive noise after 10 pm. Please respect the neighbors.
- Cleaning service is available at an extra cost. Let us know in advance to book it.
- Guests are responsible for damages that occur or extra cleaning costs as a result of their stay.
- Please avoid moving furniture.
- Pets are allowed with prior approval only and at an extra cost.
- Pool and common area rules and hours must be respected.

- EXTREMELY IMPORTANT: Inside the property it is not allowed to consume, buy or sell any type of substance illegal for Mexico City.
- The guest making the reservation must send a photo of his/her ID prior to arrival.
- Smoking is not allowed inside the property.
- No events or parties are allowed.
- Loud music is not allowed at all times.
- It is forbidden to remove makeup or remove any substance with the bath towels, in case any of them are stained, the respective charge will be made.
- If you plan to receive visitors, please let us know one day in advance. In addition, we will only allow a maximum of 4 visitors per day. It will also be very important that you provide us with a picture of your ID.

- Please respect the neighbors on the street and in the building.
- When entering or leaving the property and/or the building, do not make noise so as not to disturb the neighbors.
- Please keep the front door closed at all times.

- Check-out time: before 11:00 a.m.
- In case of any mishap, if any, please contact your HOST first.
