Què no li ha agradat: Neteja
Upon arrival the place was a mess. It was clear it had not been cleaned. I reached out to the host and he apologized and communicated there was a misunderstanding with the cleaning team and that they'd be there soon. We left the VRBO while they cleaned. This was a bit frustrating as check in was at 3 and we really wanted to freshen up after our flights and change before going out that night which was not possible since they needed a couple hours to clean. They arrived to clean at 4:30. Our friend went to drop her bags off at the apartment at 5:30 and they were still cleaning. We went to dinner and by the time we got back that night they were gone and I was willing to move past the mistake but it appeared that while the staff cleaned the sheets and floors and threw out the trash it did not look as if the toilet or sinks had been cleaned. Later when I went to bed I pulled a blanket out of the closet and it smelled. The sheets were cleaned and smelled clean but I'm assuming the blankets were not laundered. The following day I went to grab my wash cloth out of the shower and to my surprise a cockroach scurried out of it. Gross. I get that it's probably part of the environment in a warm climate, but for the cost we were paying I just assumed the place would be better treated for bugs.There was also an issue with access to outdoor area which the listing agent did not help with. Before leaving my friend looked under the bed to make sure we had everything.There was trash under it.
