"I am disappointed that this hotel is even located in the suburbs of Lone Tree. It smells of cat urine. There are cats and dogs pretty much in every room. You can hear them and it smells of pets. There is hair everywhere from the pets. There's tons of dust in our room. Shower curtain with dirt on it, shower with hair in it. Old outdated appliances. I am very disappointed that Expedia even gave this place. A good review I wouldn't have never picked this place if it wasn't for Expedia, saying it...

"I loved this place but also, the maid only came once the entire stay and they didn't clean or take out the trash. I was there at like 11am or maybe 10 am about to leave when they knocked on the door and asked for the trash. They never even came in after that. so... other than that it really was great and staff was very kind."

"-The staff were friendly but had computer issues and took over 30 minutes to get me checked in to my room. There was also a language barrier. -No one answered the phone at the front desk prior to arrival. I had questions on my way there and no one to answer. - I had a hard time opening the door to my room with the key card. -The bed was very uncomfortable. -overall, I would not choose to come back. But we needed a place to stay and it was definitely better than nothing. "

"The room had no trash bags in the trash. Water you turned up all the way as hot as it would go as it wasn’t hot to shower in. We were given keys to a room that was already occupied. Easy and fast fix. Staff are awesome. The breakfast is amazing. Different egg bites everyday there and they were soo good. The breakfast is one of the best. "
