"Nice room, bed was comfy, updated, bathroom a little small but manageable. Breakfast was not bad, pancakes, waffles, sausage and small cheese omelets."

"The staff was wonderful. The rooms really need some updating. Lots of patched holes in the walls that aren’t painted. Money needs to be invested in remodeling the rooms. The lobby is well kept up. Very friendly staff."

"Brand new units with lots of space. Full size kitchen, small living area and bedroom but big bathroom, walk in closet and even a laundry room. The staff was friendly and free snacks and sodas were appreciated. The free breakfast is not substantial like at Embassy Suites as it's just pastries, pre-packaged hard boiled eggs and fruit but it's better than nothing. The downside was that a motor in the closet made a noise the whole time and I called maintenance and they said the fan needed to stay...

"I was very impressed with the free breakfast. A nice variety of food. Fresh and tasty. The attendants kept the area very clean and well stocked. The coffee that was readily available was delicious. The room and bed were clean and comfortable. We were within walking distance of some good restaurants. The Orpheum Theater could be reached via the skywalk so that was very convenient. All in all thought it was a good value for the money we were charged."

Breakfast was really good. Parking was ok. Nice to have no noise in the hallway during the night, was quiet all night. Overall a good stay."

"Nice place overall. The air conditioner on the 6th floor did not work. Complained to the front desk, and initially they told me it was motion sensing and because we weren't in the room it was not turning on. Went back to the room and 45 mins later it was still 78 degrees and climbing, with no windows to open, and zero cold air blowing out. I went down and complained again and they moved us into a spare room, which initially they said they didn't have availabile. The new room AC worked perfectly...
