  • This 4 bedroom 3 bath home is beautifully appointed and includes a putting green and built in BBQ. Enjoy sitting on your patio barbecuing on an outdoor kitchen, sipping wine and enjoying the covered patio. Mesquite offers 7 champion chip courses within 5 minute of each other, plenty of mountain biking, walking trails throughout Mesquite deserts. Mesquite is also known for some of the best off road ATV's going to the Grand Canyon in 3 1/2 hours or just taking a run up to Flattop mesa for some of the best Mesquite view you will ever see. This home has Granite countertops, beautifully decorated and just minutes from the golf courses.

    Fully furnished with luxury amenities and equipped kitchen with basic tools such as a traditional coffee maker so plan to bring your favorite roast! Dishes, cookware, glasses and silverware are also included. All linens, towels and bedding included. Additional bedding may be available at an additional charge such as an air mattress or pack and play. Please contact property management company to inquire about adding these items to your stay.

    Max Occupancy 12 persons (includes adults/children of all ages) at all times.

    Your stay includes a daily value of $510 in complimentary activities. Starting September 15th, 2024, every reservation of 27 days or less will automatically include free tickets to top attractions such as golfing, Zion tours, and more, offering you exceptional experiences each day of your stay.

All pet waste must be collected and disposed of in the outside trash receptacle in a secured pet waste bag. Any guest found in violation of this policy will be subject to immediate eviction and a $500 fine.

    "For stays lasting 28 days or more, please be aware that a cleaning fee will be applied at a rate of 1.5 times the standard cleaning fee. This fee is necessary to maintain the cleanliness and quality of our accommodations throughout your extended stay."

Great stay with plenty of room for the family that visited for a short stay. We felt right a home and the house is decorated well. Putting green was a hit.

Comfortable convenient home

We really enjoyed our three day stay. The home is clean and well stocked with everything you could possibly need. The neighborhood is quiet and close to all services, restaurants, entertainment etc. The Host/Owner was gracious and responsive with booking and answered questions promptly. We would stay here again.

Annual Mesquite Golf Outing

This was one of the best experiences yet from the check in to how surprised and clean this property was, as advertised fir sure, to the check out… the code entry keys used at this property was super secure but very easy to use, especially for a old guy. I will rent this property again!!

Great home!

The home was spacious enough for 3 couples and 2 children. The layout was awesome. The backyard was great and fenced. The only thing I would suggest is a few more towels available. Other than that we would definitely stay there again.

Spacious, Modern Home

Property was clean, comfortable, and spacious. Only complaint is the soap bars are very small and weren’t in every bathroom. We contacted the management company and they dropped more off but I would bring your own. Would recommend!

Golf Retreat

Loved the property. Only downside was the hot tub had no onsite controls. We had to call the property manager to get it on when we wanted to use it.

softball tournament

Great location to stay for our softball tournament in Mesquite. 7 min from the field. The right amount of beds for our group and the main gathering area was very roomy. If we had more time the backyard would have been super fun with the outdoor eating area and putting green. Added bonus for us was the washer and dryer because our girls got dirty on the fields. Thank you for sharing your home.

House smelled heavily from smoke

House smelled of smokers prior to our stay. It never went away. Was supposed to be non-smoking. Should be ozoned to get rid of smell.

Great place but there was a strong cigarette smoke smell in the

This house is very nice and in a great location for the various golf courses, but it had a strong strong cigarette smell that was disgusting. It made a few of the ladies almost nauseous. Tried to reach out and could not reach anybody. Would recommend having extra blankets now that it is getting chilly at night. Beds were comfortable.

New sheets badly needed!

The king-size bed had torn sheets! Unacceptable for a rental. Also, bbq propane tank was empty. Kitchen needed some additional equipment such as a mixing bowl and a decent frying pan. We had to buy some toiletry supplies that should have been provided, like extra toilet paper and bar soap. The house is very nice though, but the owner or property manager needs to pay closer attention to the items mentioned above before I can rate this property as “excellent.”

Its the little things

The property was great, but was the little things like no dish soap, not enoigh trash bags, no hand soap and no colorox wipes. The sponges that were left were disgusting to say the least. We had to was a lot of the dishes before use. That was all pretty disappointing. The putting green was not as advertised and there were weeds all over the yard. The grill was filthy and the utensils to clean it were not much better. Great place it was just the little things that were disappointing.
