Spectacular 3 bed 3 bathroom home in Cambria!

Beautifully appointed home with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms comfortable sleeps 8. Each room is furnished with one queen bed and one twin size trundle bed in the guest room. This home also boasts two master bedrooms with two en-suite bathrooms! Mountain views and an expansive backyard designed with your vacation in mind. Luxury amenities including a fully equipped kitchen, full size washer/dryer, large beds, all linens/towels provided, smart TV in every room and an electric fireplace. At the end of the day relax and choose from a variety of streaming options. Including: Disney+, Xfinity Streaming, AppleTV and Prime Video!
Please call the office to insure this property has Cable TV or Streaming only or both.

Head out back and enjoy the outdoor kitchen with gas BBQ and mini fridge. Sit by the fire pit and enjoy the water feature or practice your putting at your own private putting green! Come stay at this new home in Cambria for an amazing desert getaway!

Lovely house with great potential

The house in quiet, nice neighborhood. It was super clean. All bedrooms and baths were nicely positioned for our group of 5 to enjoy privacy. Kitchen appliances good working order. Beds comfortable. Great patio. Some negatives: fan in bedroom off kitchen was noisy—couldn’t use. Towels in both master baths were rough, like drying off with floor mat. Discovered fluffy towels under sink in bath with tub. Not in time to use however. Biggest problem was only 4 comfortable seats in living room. House advertised for 6, we only had 5 but one person had to try to relax on a straight back kitchen chair. This issue should be addressed straight away. Need at least 6 comfortable living room chairs. No chairs in any bedrooms. FYI, not suitable for elderly or handicapped persons. Not ADA compliant As stated house has great potential. I would rent again if there were additional seating added to living room. Thank you, Martha

Great place, but the title isn't 100% accurate

Great place to stay! Clean, upgraded home in a quiet neighborhood. However, there is not private hot tub at the property. They need to change the title to reflect that. Otherwise, it's a nice place to stay.

New, clean, awesome

This house was perfect. New and clean with a great location close to town and golf. Very quiet and comfortable. Having two master bedrooms was great. No arguing over who got the nicest room. They were all nice. Definitely one of the best vrbo's I have stayed at.
