Beautiful 3 Bedroom Home- Golfing, Casinos And Sun!!!

This 3 bedroom, 2 bath home is beautifully decorated and sits in a quiet neighborhood. It is completely furnished with granite countertops, stainless steal appliances and a fully stocked kitchen. A barbeuque grill is in the back for cookouts. It is located minutes from casinos and golf courses. Numerous 4-wheeling trails right from the home. We do have WiFi!!

Other areas of interest: Lake Mead, The Grand Canyon, Zions National Park, Valley of Fire, Brian Head Ski Resort and Las Vegas, NV

This place was great. The home was very nice and the location was perfect, close to just about everything. Casinos, rec center for the kids, parks, groceries, eating places you name it and the host was a great communicator and checked in with us with any questions or concerns we might have. We really enjoyed our stay. Beats a hotel room any day. It was nice to come back to a home and not just a hotel room. We had a backyard to relax in with a picnic table to eat outside if we wanted. It was great to have some outside space to enjoy the weather. We will be staying here again for sure next time we come down to Mesquite. Thank you so much.

Softball in Mesquite

The house was conveniently located between the 2 fields we played at in a nice, quiet neighborhood. House was clean, big kitchen, beds were comfortable, and nice backyard where you could watch the sun set. We were able to use the attached garage, which was very helpful. Tausha checked in with us to make sure we arrived safely and when we had a small problem (which was easily fixed) she was very prompt with her assistance . We'll definitely stay here again next year, if possible.

We had a nice stay. The home is clean and met our needs. We loved the rocker recliners in the living room. Very convenient to freeway access and businesses, but still far enough away for privacy.

Mesquite get away

The house was perfect for our needs! Centrally located and enough space for my entire family. The hist was great and checked in on us to make sure we had everything we needed. We will definitely book this cute home again.

Golf Trip

We stayed here a week for a golf trip with friends. The property is very clean and modern, and was exactly as described in the listing. The neighborhood was quiet. Having use of the large garage was great for our golf clubs and rental car making it safe and keeping the inside of the home free of clutter. We cooked every meal there and the kitchen is well stocked, updated appliances were fantastic and the BBQ was key for dinners on the patio. The owners were exceptional. Having stayed in many location they were by far the easiest to communicate with and attended to a minor maintenance issue right away. We would definitely stay here again.

Cleanliness

The house was great for our needs but it was immediately apparent that the cleaning person was lacking. Dried food on the granite countertops (could it be seen but felt and was easily felt with a damp cloth. Crumbs and dirt in the fridge and drawers especially the silverware drawer. The bath tub appeared dirty but even worse was a very moldy shower curtain. The drawers in the master bath were full of dirt and hair. The bedding was old and in need of updating. Some stains were on the throw pillows. It’s sad, because the house itself fit our needs but it was hard to look past someone else’s dirt. Not at all vrbo standards.
