* Two minutes to Wolf Creek Golf Course, Eureka and Virgin River Casinos.
* Centrally located and minutes from downtown Mesquite, grocery stores, casinos and restaurants, etc.
* Check in time is 4:00pm PST
* Check out time is 10:00am PST
* Quiet end unit.
* Granite counter topped kitchen is fully stocked with most everything you'll need for cooking.
* Small appliances include, blender, toaster, crockpot, teapot, Keurig and regular coffee pot, etc.
* 75" Samsung Smart TV with basic cable and streaming capabilities.
* Blue-ray player w/ a variety of DVDs.
* Free WIFI (network and password info are clearly displayed in condo)
* Guest controlled AC/Heat.
* Complimentary full sized washer and dryer in the unit.
* Primary bedroom has a full bath, King bed, TV w/ remote and ceiling fan.
* Secondary bedroom is equipped with a Queen bed, TV w/remote and ceiling fan.
* One covered, reserved parking spot is included.
* There are also several un-numbered and un-covered guest spots throughout the complex, if you have more than one vehicle.
* Charcoal BBQs and picnic tables in and around the complex for your use.
* Front porch has a bistro table and two stools as well as a Forman Grill for your use only. Mountain view included!
* There is a WELCOME binder in the condo with general info such as grocery stores, coffee shops, check out instructions, etc.
* Adjacent to Marilyn Park where there is a sand volleyball court, full sized basket ball court, BBQ area, covered picnic area and a children's play area.
* Complex offers RV and boat parking. If needed, please let me know prior to your stay and I will provide you with the HOA requirements for parking.

PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING:

* We cannot accept same day reservations after 7:00pm PST.

* No early check-in requests, earlier than 1:00 p.m. will be considered.
Requests will be accompanied by a $50 fee and will be approved ONLY if the cleaning crew is able to accommodate your request.

* No late check-out requests, later than 12:00 p.m. will be considered.

* Your Pup is welcome with a non-refundable $50 (per pet) fee which will be included when you book and add your pet.

Host was very responsive and helpful. Unit was spacious, kitchen fully stocked with everything including a blender and crockpot. Primary’s bed, pillows and linens were very comfortable. Sufficient supply of towels. Very happy to have a washer & dryer in the unit and able to wash my clothes before we left so no laundry to do when I got back home. Definitely will book again when I return to Mesquite.

Excellent Property in ALL Aspects

From the booking to our arrival the communication was exceptional and once we arrived…the property was amazing. The location is central to everything in the area and easy to get to from the main roads in town.The condo itself was immaculate and had everything you would need for your stay. It was clean and well appointed with up to date furniture that was comfy too!Can’t recommend this property any higher, exceptional. Stay here, you will not be disappointed!

Mesquite golf trip

I was pleasantly surprised by all of the amenities you would expect in a rental unit. I’ve rented through VRBO before and not had the amenities that would be expected.The tall toilet and sink in the master bathroom very much appreciatedCeiling fans in the rooms were very much appreciateHooks on the bathroom doors are necessary and not usually in rental units for some reasonThere was a nightlight in the master bath and a clock in the master bedroom on the dresser, which I feel are very necessary. The second bathroom and bedroom did not have a nightlight or o’clock though.Rugs on the bathroom floor were much appreciated. The towels were plentiful and very nice. All in all it was definitely one of the better places that I’ve stayed through VRBO.

Mesquite Get Away

This is one of the nicest condos i have rented through VRBO. Very nice 2 bedroom with ample room, great view and convenient location to anything you want to do. The owners were very attentive and helpful.

Had the Building to Ourselves

Really great Condo location, on the end of a large condo complex up on the hill. Not sure how often this happens, but we were the only ones in that particular building (I think there are 37 buildings total) during our stay. Overlooks a 4-lane street, but it wasn't busy/loud while we were there during a holiday week. Nice public park down below the complex with a short walking path. (Don't plan on walking to the pool; it's at the other end of the complex and is better suited for a drive.) Condo has a nice private front porch with wonderful sunrise and sunset views. We ventured out from Mesquite to Vegas, and Gold Butte BLM area (beautifully rugged and wild; but be careful - you're on your own out there.) If you're willing to drive a little, this is a great affordable location to use as a home-base when going to the city.

Great place for the most part

Was great until the elephants moved in upstairs halfway through our stay. The group above was very inconsiderate they had to hop instead of just walk. And I don’t think they ever even sat down or slept! Also you could turn the water pressure up some!

Nice location

The condo was clean and well furnished. We liked how the parking was close to the condo. We enjoyed sitting outside and being able to view the mountains. Overall we had a very nice stay.
