* Laminate flooring (no carpet).
* Faces West with a beautiful sunset view.
* Two minutes to Wolf Creek Golf Course, Eureka and Virgin River Casinos.
* Centrally located and minutes from downtown Mesquite, grocery stores, casinos and restaurants, etc.
* Check in time is 4:00pm PST
* Check out time is 10:00am PST
* Quiet end unit.
* Granite counter topped kitchen is fully stocked with most everything you'll need for cooking.
* Small appliances include, blender, toaster, crockpot, teapot, Keurig and regular coffee pot, etc.
* 75" Samsung Smart TV with basic cable and streaming capabilities.
* Blue-ray player w/ a variety of DVDs.
* Free WIFI (network and password info are clearly displayed in condo)
* Guest controlled AC/Heat.
* Complimentary full sized washer and dryer in the condo.
* Primary bedroom has a full bath, King bed, TV w/ remote and ceiling fan.
* Secondary bedroom is equipped with a Queen bed, TV w/remote and ceiling fan.
* One covered, reserved parking spot is included.
* Several (un-numbered and un-covered) guest spots are available throughout the complex, if you have more than one vehicle.
* Charcoal BBQs and picnic tables in and around the complex for your use.
* Front porch has a bistro table and two stools as well as a Forman Grill for your use only. Park and sunset view included!
* There is a WELCOME binder in the condo with general info such as grocery stores, coffee shops, check out instructions, etc.
* Adjacent to Marilyn Park where there is a sand volleyball court, full sized basket ball court, BBQ area, covered picnic area and a children's play area.
* Complex offers RV and boat parking. If needed, please let me know prior to your stay and I will provide you with the HOA requirements for parking.

PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING:

* We cannot accept same day reservations after 7:00pm PST.

* No early check-in requests, earlier than 1:00 p.m. will be considered.
Requests will be accompanied by a $50 fee and will be approved ONLY if the cleaning crew is able to accommodate your request.

* No late check-out requests, later than 12:00pm will be considered.
Requests will be accompanied by a $50 fee and will be approved ONLY if the cleaning crew is able to accommodate your request.

* Your Pup is welcome with a non-refundable $50 (per pet) fee which will be included when you book and add your pet.

* NO other pets of any kind are allowed.

We stayed for three nights. All accommodations were great. The condo was very nice, cozy and quiet. Bonus: Our pup enjoyed the nearby park for her daily walks. We will definitely stay again if we find ourselves in the area.

Very cute and clean apartment. Kitchen had great set up and had plenty of counterspace. Couches in living area were comfortable and husband enjoyed the large TV. The bed was super comfortable.Although there were no stairs, this particular unit was quite a distance from parking spot to front door of apartment. The walkway also had a slight decline and posed a bit of a challenge for my husband who has difficulty walking due to back surgery. The complex itself was lovely and we would definitely consider coming back, but need a unit where entry is closer to where you park the car.

Great little getaway

Beautiful view of park and golf course. Quiet complex, very family friendly. The pool was further away than preferred and smaller than expected. Host was very thorough with details pertaining to the property. Parking was a tight squeeze. Close to Eureka Casino and restaurants. Definitely would stay again.

Awesome stay

Another fabulous time. We started using this place about 10 years ago. Great location for the kids to go down to the park or just sit on the porch and enjoy the views. Nice and cozy location. Always a pleasure speaking with the owner. She is so nice and helpful. Her cleaning staff also does a wonderful job and are also very helpful when needed. Thank you and we'll be seeing you again in a couple years if not sooner.

Fantastic View Outside, Fantastic Comfort Inside

You will love this roomy, well appointed, beautifully decorated condo. The view from the patio is spectacular. The kitchen has everything you need. The beds are dreamy comfortable and the living space is roomy and bright. Communication with the owner/manager is 5 star. I highly recommend this condo

Won’t stay here

Debi didn’t know the date of our pre paid reservation and we had to wait to get access, and she kept the cleaning and service fee even though we cancelled same day and didn’t even sleep there! Refrigerator wasn’t cold and she didn’t care!

Charged for damage not done by us

Me, my boyfriend, my daughter (11) and mom stayed here for a softball tournament. We slept and ate here and then were gone to the softball field the rest of the stay. First night we stayed my mom went to pull the bedroom door closed and the knob came off. No big deal as it was just a missing screw. It was late and I was tired as I had been recovering from chemo the week before, and I didn’t message Debi about it. Biggest regret ever. We were then charge 390 to replace the entire door, along with another 250 to replace a stool that had damage to it that we also didn’t notice as we used that stool maybe 3 times total.I asked for evidence that the damage wasn’t there before the stay and they were unable to provide any. I would never recommend staying here to anyone.

Great stay

Very well stocked, very very clean, great location. It is the first level so you do have neighbors up above, but the quick answers and well spelled out checkin and checkout of the owners …everything was great.
