"Property location was good. Our room had no windows except the two in the roof. The temperature in the room was hot even though it was cold outside. When I asked them to turn on the AC they said NO because of the season (even through I had requested a hotel with AC). They had taken out the batteries from the remote control so that we wouldn’t turn the AC on. In the last night after another guests complained the AC worked.
