"The only drawback I noticed was the lack of actual curtains in the room. That east sun will wake you up fast, not allowing you to sleep in. And, the website still saus thete is a Keurig in the but they've stopped doing that. There os regular coffee in the breakfast area."

"Wow! Close to Grand Junction airport - so we stayed our first and last days of a 7 day national park quest. Beautifully decorated rooms. Great breakfasts. Easy to find and park!"

"Would NOT recommend. The hotel is definitely showing its age. Not 3-5 years, more like 30-40 years. They put a $50 per NIGHT hold on your Credit Card. Bathroom, clean, almost functional. Shower knobs sort of work. No ability for a bath. No TV, says “Weak or No Signal. Be aware, there is no one at the front desk, ever. No breakfast, but a 10% discount at the restaurant next door — for breakfast. Overall, very disappointing facility and experience. "

"It was a great hotel, except the rooms are very small, and one thing I didn't like was they charged $14. a day to park in their parking lot, I thought that was ridiculous. Other than that, it's a great very modern hotel."

"Check in was easy and quick. The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. The only thing I didn't like or wasn't necessarily used was they didnt ask for an ID. That is the first hotel we ever stayed at that that happened, but overall a great place to stay. We will definitely stay there again."

"Not clean. Hair from previous guests all over the bathroom. Shower had no hot water (this was fixed once I contacted the front desk from my cell phone because the room phone was broken). Overall, it was rundown and I feel like I overpaid even though it was the least expensive option available. "

"Quite little apartment with enough room for two. Wish the curtains were blackout as the early morning sun was super bright. Otherwise it was a great spot close to the college. "

"Our room was spacious and comfortable. The staff was very accommodating of any requests we made. Breakfast was buffet style, although there was also a menu you could order off of. The buffet breakfast choices were simple but adequate."

"So apparently expedia doesn't let you specifically choose which tiny home your getting or you might even end up getting an Airstream instead. I booked 2 tiny homes and thought they would lofted ones like pictures show. Ended up getting not a loft one and also ended up not even getting a tiny home for the booking. Got an Airstream instead. In the tiny home too the counter aka tables had stools that almost touched the top of them so cant really sit under them. And my wife was also to work remote....
