Gorgeous home in Merzalben with WiFi

Built in 2015, the natural wood house offers them all the comforts and a special living climate. The modernly furnished vacation home has an infrared wave heating and a fireplace in the living room. Enjoy the peace and security of this vacation home after an eventful day.



On the partially covered terrace and balcony you can sit comfortably outside even in rainy weather. On sunny days you have enough space for leisure activities on the property and the adjacent grounds. Enjoy a barbecue with family or friends in a warm nature.

Should you wish to arrive with friends or a group, you can rent DPW103, which is located a short distance from your vacation accommodation.

In addition to other houses, a communal barbecue area and group rooms are available in the vacation village and can be used by arrangement as far as available for a fee.



The village Merzalben belongs to the municipality Rodalben in the vacation region Southwest Palatinate. The unique nature of the vacation region Gräfensteiner Land with the bizarre sandstone formations, streams, lakes and historical castle ruins are the best prerequisites for an eventful, relaxing and sustainable vacation. Whether you want to relax in the densely wooded area, go hiking, mountain biking, climbing or simply explore the sights, your accommodation in the vacation village Merzalben is the ideal starting point.



Festivals and events in the region as well as the Palatinate cuisine round off your vacation.



Directly at the landlord, depending on the season and after prior arrangement, there is the possibility to participate in local hunting, fishing, guided cycling, hiking or Kremser tours for a fee. For special wishes of this kind they should contact their landlord before arrival and ask for seasonal offers.

Què li ha agradat: Neteja
Positiv: Tolle Lage, sehr freundliche Gastgeber, schöner Ort, super Aussicht auf die Burg, schön großer Fernseher, tolle Lage. Negativ: Zusätzliche Kosten in 3 Emails unterschiedlich. Einmal ist die Rede von erstattungsfähiger Kaution, einmal das Bettwäsche extra kostet, einmal von Endreinigung und Bettwäsche und in allen Fällen noch Strom und Wasser. Im Nachhinein ok, aber sehr verwirrend. Zudem wurde trotz Abbuchung nicht der ganze Reisepreis abgebucht?!? Hier mussten wir kurzfristig noch nachzahlen. Ansonsten könnte das Häuschen vom Inventar ein bisschen modernisiert werden. Und typisch Wald … es gab nachts Kratzgeräusche und viel Mäusekot direkt am Haus dran.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Häuschen hat genug genug Platz für eine 4 köpfige Familie und es ist alles vorhanden was man braucht. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Wir waren zum 2. Mal hier, weil uns die Ruhe sehr gut getan hat. Die Dame, die An- und Abreise managt, ist sehr freundlich, alles unkompliziert. Wir kommen bestimmt auch ein drittes Mal.

Schönes Haus

Sehr ruhig gelegenes Feriendorf etwas außerhalb von Merzalben, das Haus Nr. 22 war sauber, alles vorhanden, was man braucht, es fehlte nur ein Schneidebrett und eine größere Salatschüssel, aber man kann sich mit den vorhandenen Küchenutensilien gut behelfen. Ein Nachteil für kleinere Menschen unter 165 cm, der Spiegelschrank hängt leider zu hoch, das ist aber dem kleinen Mauervorsprung geschuldet, der reativ hoch ist und somit der Spiegelschrank auch höher hängen muss. Aber man kann sich behelfen. Von diesen Kleinigkeiten abgesehen, ist das Haus sehr ordentlich, alles sauber und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Empfang und Abreise waren einwandfrei, alles ohne viel Aufhebens. Wir können uns vorstellen nochmals ins Feriendorf zu kommen.

Schönes Ferienhaus am Rande des Ortes

Wir sind gerade von einer schönen und erholsamen Urlaubswoche aus Merzalben zurück. Das Ferienhaus liegt im Feriendorf am Ortsrand von Merzalben und verfügt über eine große Rasenfläche, auf der man gut sich sonnen kann und eine Terrasse mit überdachter Sitzbank und Tisch, wo man auch gut nebenan grillen kann. Die Buchung erfolgte über Fewo-Direkt, wo Novasol als Anbieter aus Dänemark die Häuser online gestellt hat. Insofern hat man wohl für zwei Plattformen die Vermittlungsprovision gezahlt (Fewo & Novasol). Wir hatten die Unterkunft zum Jahresende 2021 für April 2022 gebucht. Da war Covid noch ein großes Thema und ich schrieb deswegen an Novasol, ohne eine Rückmeldung zu erhalten (deswegen auch eine so schlechte Bewertung für Novasol). Die Übergabe des Hauses klappte problemlos. Die Dame war gut per SMS erreichbar und sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ebenso auch beim Auschecken am letzten Tag. Das Ferienhaus macht einen sehr gemütlichen Eindruck, alles ist aus Holz inkl. der Schränke. Die Küche inkl. Spülmaschine hat auch alles, was man für eine Urlaubswoche braucht. Das Bad ist modern, nur kommt aus der Dusche recht wenig Wasser, wohl um das Bad nicht zu fluten, wenn zu viel Wasser aus der Brause käme. Nachteilig ist, dass keine Waschmaschine im Haus ist (steht aber auch nicht in der Beschreibung), ebenso unschön war, dass das Internet im Haus kaum bis überhaupt nicht verfügbar war. Lt. der Dame bei der Übergabe des Hauses liegt wohl eine Störung im gesamten Ort vor, so dass wir weder im WLAN noch im Netz von Vodafone Glück hatten - aber das hat ausdrücklich nichts mit dem Haus an sich zu tun. Das Haus wird mit Strom geheizt (Infrarotplatten unter der Decke) - im Winter kann der Stromverbrauch dadurch schon recht hoch sein. Strom und Wasser wird zu üblichen Preisen separat verbrauchsabhängig abgerechnet. Das Haus liegt direkt an einem Wanderweg rund um Merzalben. Wir sind diesen in Etappen gegangen a 1,5h bis 2h. Es gibt jeweils einen Berg- und einen Talweg, so dass man nicht den gleichen Weg zurücklaufen muss. Es gibt auch tolle Ausflugsziele in der Nähe für Familien mit kleineren Kindern: - Burg Gräfenstein (Taschenlampe für Burgfried einpacken) und Winschertfelsen (Beginn Wanderweg auf der anderen Seite des Parkplatzes) - Luipoldturm - Burgruine Falkenburg (leider nervt der Lärm der B10) - Burgruine Drachenfels (nett, nicht zwingend zu sehen) - Burg Berwartstein mit Badesee direkt um die Ecke

Große Hütte. Sehr ruhig, direkt neben dem Wald und Wanderweg. Wir haben eine Woche keine Auto benötigt . Gerne kommen wir noch einmal .
