The Space:
Welcome to Merritt Islands newest resort community, Cape Crossing Resort and Marina! Cape Crossing Resort is located on Merritt Island, between the Indian River and the Banana River and on the Canaveral Barge Canal water bridge, offering direct access to both rivers, intra-coastal waterway, Port Canaveral, the Atlantic Ocean, Kennedy Space Center, Cocoa Beach, and direct access to the Orlando International Airport. Nestled on the eastern "starboard" side of the resort, our condo offers a sublime escape into tranquility. Step inside and discover a well-appointed living area, thoughtfully designed to provide an inviting ambiance for relaxation and socializing. The warm natural light floods the space, highlighting the tasteful decor and comfortable seating options.

The kitchen is fully equipped, allowing you to effortlessly whip up your favorite meals. The modern appliances, ample counter space, and pantry make cooking a breeze. The condo boasts three dreamy bedrooms, each furnished with a cozy queen-sized bed. Sink into the plush comfort and drift off into a restful slumber after a day of exploration. The subtle beach-inspired accents and soothing colors create a calming atmosphere, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep.

The two full bathrooms offer convenience and privacy, featuring modern fixtures and a refreshing ambiance. Prepare for the day ahead with a refreshing shower in one of two walk-in showers.

Guest Access:
Guest will have access to the Clubhouse, pool and Marina.

Dolphins Waterfront Bar & Grill at Cape Crossing is open and is is the largest tiki bar and restaurant on Florida’s Space Coast. With a Florida fresh theme with a Polynesian twist it is the perfect place to relax and get a bite to eat!

Kayaks, paddle boards, and pontoon rentals and boat slips are available, at Cape Crossing Resort and Marina, for exploring the rivers, canals, or many of its tributaries for a relaxing afternoon paddle. Or, entertain friends and family while cruising at a gentle pace along the river’s edge. Plan a day at the beach or explore the other attractions in our Merritt Island community.

Plenty of parking on property, with Uber and Lyft being prevalent in the area.

To ensure a comfortable start to your stay, we provide an initial stock of the following essentials:

- Light cleaning supplies (please note: NO LAUNDRY SOAP PROVIDED)
- Garbage bags
- Sponges
- Dish soap
- Dishwasher tabs

If you need additional supplies during your stay, please plan to replenish them as needed.

-Mailbox access is not available for guests
- While we love all furry friends, ONLY dogs are allowed at this property, with a fee of $100 per pet, per stay.
- All reservations require either a refundable security deposit or the purchase of a damage waiver.
