Inside, you’ll find a bright living space with updated furniture and a large smart TV, perfect for relaxing after a day out. The home also includes a bonus office with a queen sleeper sofa and dedicated workspace, giving you extra flexibility for guests or remote work.



The kitchen is fully stocked and recently updated, making it easy to cook meals at home. Enjoy dining inside or step out back to your private, fully fenced yard with tropical landscaping and outdoor dining by the pool.



Sleeping arrangements are designed for comfort:

- Primary bedroom with queen bed and private ensuite

Each bedroom includes ceiling fans and smart TVs.

We prioritize cleanliness and consistency. All linens, including blankets and quilts, are fully washed between every stay, and the home is professionally cleaned and sanitized.

Guest Access:

Guests will have full, private access to the home. You’ll receive a unique door code prior to arrival, which will activate at check-in time for easy, contactless entry.



Your Guest Portal will include your door code, Wi-Fi details, parking information, and other helpful stay information, all in one convenient place. If you have any questions or need assistance during your stay, our Guest Services team is always available to reach out to.



The Neighborhood:

Located in a quiet residential area of Merritt Island, this home offers a peaceful setting while still being close to everything. You’re just a short drive from Cocoa Beach Pier, waterfront parks, and great local dining. It’s an ideal spot for guests looking to enjoy both relaxation and easy access to Space Coast attractions.



Getting Around:

Getting around is easy with a car. The home offers driveway parking, and additional street parking is available. Ride-sharing services like Uber and Lyft are readily available in the area. Most beaches, restaurants, and attractions are just a short drive away, making this a convenient home base for exploring.

To help you get settled, we provide a starter supply of essential items for your arrival, including:

- Paper towels

- Toilet paper

- Tissues

- Coffee, creamer, and sugar

- Light cleaning supplies (please note: laundry detergent is not provided)

- Garbage bags

- Sponges

- Dish soap

- Dishwasher tabs

Starter supplies are intended to get you through the beginning of your stay. Guests are responsible for replenishing items as needed.



Please note the following:

- Mailbox access is not available for guests.

- All reservations require either a refundable security deposit or the purchase of a damage waiver.

- To ensure a comfortable environment for all guests, including those with allergies, we maintain a strictly PET-FREE PROPERTY

- Pool heating is available for $50 per night and must be added for the full stay

- This home is equipped with a Ring camera in the front and in the back. Tampering with or disabling the devices is strictly prohibited

- Guests have access to the entire home except the garage and AC closet

- Quiet time 10pm - 7am
