"Unfortunately our room was not ready when we arrived. We got there after check-in. They had to find a different room for us. It took a bit to do that. There was also a $50 resort fee charged that was unexpected."

"Overall, check-in was a breeze. Aside from the easy check-in, this property was the dirtiest we have ever experienced at any vacation rental over the last 10 yrs. . It was definitely not cleaned prior to our arrival. There were long hairs in tub and on bathroom floor. Counters, table top, placemats, ..."
