Wonderful hotel. V good size room overlooking the pool with everything you'd want. Staff were very pleasant and attentive without being intrusive. In particular, Alexandra on reception was always helpful and polite, as were Dora, Artemis and Balaz at the bar and in the dining area. I'd recommend this hotel and would happily stay here again.

Overall, the hotel itself offers a truly beautiful experience. The natural surroundings are stunning, the architecture is exceptional, and we thoroughly enjoyed the restaurants, the quality of the food, and the overall atmosphere. I would also especially like to mention the staff working at the restaurants and the beach — they were consistently wonderful, kind, attentive, and professional. Unfortunately, our experience with Reception and Guest Relations was very different. Communication was consistently poor, and we often felt that the approach was not focused on understanding the guest or finding a helpful solution. For a hotel of this level, we expected a much warmer, more attentive and solution-oriented approach from the teams responsible for guest communication. This was really the only aspect that overshadowed what could otherwise have been an exceptional stay. It is a shame that such a beautiful property, with incredible surroundings, architecture, restaurants and culinary experiences, is not complemented by the same standard of hospitality and communication at Reception and Guest Relations. With a stronger and more guest-focused approach in these areas, the overall experience could truly match the exceptional quality of the hotel itself.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Amirandes Hotel and would highly recommend it. The hotel itself is beautiful, and our bungalow room was lovely. We especially enjoyed being able to walk straight out and look at the sea. The main pool is huge, with plenty of space to relax, and there are lots of activities available throughout the week. We particularly loved the padel, olive oil tasting and pottery making. I also had the signature massage, which was a full-body treatment. I love a massage, and this was probably one of the best I’ve ever had. The poolside team were always so smiley and attentive, regularly bringing us drinks and making us feel very well looked after. The cleaners were equally friendly, and our room was immaculate every day. We ate at the buffet most evenings, but we also visited Blue Monkey. If you are staying on a half-board basis, they offer a €20-per-person credit against the bill, which was a lovely bonus. The food there was delicious. The buffet staff were extremely friendly and attentive, and we especially loved the pancake lady! The morning team were also fantastic, taking our coffee orders as soon as we sat down. Every member of staff helped make our stay so enjoyable. We would highly recommend Amirandes Hotel and would love to return.

Modern design on a beautiful point. 270 degrees of ocean views. The hotel was full, but the layout offered us a lot of personal space and privacy. The staff were wonderful. For me & every tourists nightmare - I lost my passport on the plane. The concierge, Mariana, knew how stressful this was and was on the phone to the airline, the airport, and the police for us right away. She found it for me. Just incredible. Thank you, and thanks to the airport staff and police for being well prepared for these events.
