Lovely big space with separate bedroom and comfortable bed. Great, quiet location near to the Dart trains and buses to the centre of town. Close to a large supermarket to pick up provisions. Very clean and the staff were welcoming.

We were overcharged for the type of room we got. I blame both the hotel and Expedia. We paid over 350/night for an average room with a less-than-adequate shower and unfriendly service. They claimed we got an upgrade, but we had a room that had a sleeping sofa, which we did not need, and a view of the alley. Our room was in another building beyond the main hotel and we had to go through a labyrinth to get there. Service was unreliable - trying to get enough towels was impossible. They couldn't even leave them when we were out of the room. We had one washcloth for two people. Unfortunately, it felt as if the staff looked down on us because we are not rich, but we had prebooked and prepaid months in advance, but still got the crumbs. Expedia does not seem to look after its customers and is little more than a broker, and it does not seem to matter what we paid should have given us more.

Nice room with a kitchen and washer dryer in the unit. Very quiet even though there was a pub/restaurant nearby. Easy walking to all sights
