"We stayed there twice in June (first myself and then my husband) while bringing our daughter to her Summer Intensive. The staff were great, the rooms were nice and safe."

"Staff was not very friendly, but perhaps this was due to the late hour of our arrival. The exterior of the model was not very clean, and there were a lot of crickets by the doors this time of year. This room was musty but running the air conditioner helped. Not the most comfortable place to stay."

"The housekeeping is every other day. This was not advertised. My room was not cleaned much to my surprise. And I arrived at 11.56 with a handicapped person and the front desk clerk said I would have to wait until 12.15 to check. I had to ask for the manager on duty to get a room. The staff is terrible. Not up to Hilton standards."

"Power went out @ 9 pm couldn’t get ahold of no one at the front counter. Had to sleep with no ac . Got no updates finally in the morning I talked to someone and they said they couldn’t do anything until Monday when the manager came in."

"We hadn’t stayed there in a long time and stayed last night. They filled in the pool with concrete. Room curtains don’t block out the light at all at night. They are sheer and clear in places. There is no milk at breakfast. The staff said they were out. We won’t be back."

"The air conditioning was out in all the common areas our whole stay, including the gym and breakfast area. The temperature inside the hotel was 86 degrees and miserable. They did not mention this at check in before we could get our money back, which I think is very misleading. The first day, the worker said management won’t allow any fans in the gym. There was no air flow and the thermostats said 87degrees, so there was no way to safely work out. You couldn’t even eat the sad continental...
