Great Family Friendly House Near Gunstock!

Perfect winter rental for a large family. Great layout with plenty of space and amenities. The game room was a huge hit with the kiddos! The location is great and close to lots of options to eat out. We'll definitely try to stay here again!

A gorgeous house in prime location

We had a girls weekend and this house was stunning. So clean , comfortable, and provided everything we needed. The hot tub and arcade were great fun at the house and downtown Meredith was only a few houses away which meant we never needed to drive anywhere! Loved this home and hope to visit again someday!

Perfect location/house

Stayed in Meredith for a friend’s wedding. The house was absolutely beautiful and very well taken care of. We enjoyed the game room and the hot tub. Just a short walk to the town where there are cute bars and restaurants! Would recommend to anyone looking to stay for a wedding at Church’s Landing. Everything was in walking distance.

Perfect Lake Getaway!

This house is absolutely gorgeous, clean, and well maintained. Our girls weekend had comfortable spaces to hang out, dine, and we loved the bonus of the arcade room and hot tub! Not only was the house ideal but it was a 2 minute walk into downtown Meredith so we never had to drive anywhere which was such a bonus! We would absolutely rent this house again!

Our family of five plus my 90 YO mother stayed at this Meredith Home for a family wedding held at Mill Falls Church Landing. The house worked perfectly for us and we enjoyed the hot tub one evening. The kitchen was very well stocked and although we did little cooking, I could easily see making a nice dinner there. Great location for my late teen/early 20s kids to walk to shops and late night post wedding fun. The home was very clean and easy. I would not hesitate to book again. Thank you

Perfect location Beautiful home for a 40th birthday girls weekend!

Party of 9, 40th birthday girls weekend! This property had everything we could have asked for. It was very spacious. Beautiful decor and furniture. Clean. Loved that it’s an old house full of character and charm. The deck is great but our weather wasn’t, so we didn’t get to enjoy it, But did use the hot tub which was nice and private. The owner was nice and responded quickly when I had a question. We were able to walk everywhere, The spa, restaurants, shops, bars, the pier. We will definitely stay here again. It was absolutely perfect! Thank you so much!

This was a nice place to Celebrating our friendships

We loved this properties location! We enjoyed the hot tub, and the game room…the kitchen was a great gathering place. The only downside was there wasn’t enough toilet paper, and I reached out, and got no response. The side door to the patio has a loose full panel glass that is loose and seems to have been taped to hold, but it’s loose. Gave us a scare evert time we opened it thinking it would fall out. All in all, we loved this old house😊

Great Location, but not ideal in winter

Pros: Beautifully decorated and clean. Great location- easy to walk to restaurants and shops. Owners clearly have pride in property! Cons: Management Company was lacking service. Snowy day of arrival and driveway wasn’t cleared until 9pm. We had to shovel ourselves. Game room only accessible from outside which required us to shovel multiple decks. We never used the hot tub because of ice/snow leading to it. Cleaning fee was very high considering the size of the property. We ended up leaving a night early because of winter storm and concern about delayed plowing in the AM and no flexibility on check out. Way too expensive for what ended up being 1 night.

Home was spacious and well appointed. We had a family of 8 people.Enjoyed the arcade with our teenagers and younger child.It's in a great location to walk the shops and access to Restaurants & Groceries.

Meredith house

Thoroughly enjoyed the house! We were vacationing for a week here based around a wedding at Church Falls. The location was perfect- able to walk everywhere! Lots of common rooms in the house or outside to relax with family. And the king bed was very comfortable. Easy communication with the host. I would love to return!
