  • Lake Winnipesaukee Charmer! Experience Meredith like a local in this 4-bedroom house. With 1 king bed, 4 full beds, and 2 full bunk beds, this serene retreat offers a wonderful escape. Enjoy the convenience of WiFi, heating, and a washing machine. It's easy to see why you'll be able to unwind at our place.

    Next to all the best restaurants, this large 2600 square ft house is located on Main Street in Meredith, one of the cutest streets/villages in New Hampshire. You'll be walking distance to everything the village has to offer, including Mills Falls, with easy access to the town docks where you can jump on the pontoon boat your friends and family either own or rented. The house sleeps 10 and has open areas that make it easy to socialize and enjoy each other's company without feeling cramped. You can walk less than 5 minutes to several amazing high-end restaurants, bars, breakfast nooks, etc. Lake Winnipesaukee is also 5 minutes walking and the public boat launch is right there too. This is a bustling village in the heart of Meredith Bay/ Lake Winnipesaukee.

    Meredith Town Docks is right down the street for all the boaters. You can bring your own boat or have fun renting one for however many days you need.

    Also close by you'll find a Winery, Brewery, Lake Waukewan, Weirs Beach, a Movie Theater, Supermarket, Historic Seasonal Train and more.

    This house is also very close to the best ski resorts and mountains in the area. Hit several ski mountains in just one weekend by staying here.

    If you're getting married or attending a wedding at Mills Falls at the Lake than you're in luck because this house is less than a 5 minute walk to the wedding venue. This is the best alternative in town vs staying at the actual hotel.

    Truly the best location and best accommodation for a large family or group of friends to experience all that this quintessential New England (All Seasons) Village has to offer.

    We are pet friendly, but we charge a $75 pet fee per pet (of acceptable breeds) for the necessary cleaning for hair, etc. Because of how VRBO charges, please advise us upon booking of the pets you will be bringing. However as always, if the home is left extra dirty and/or damaged as a result of pets or otherwise we may have to charge more upon checkout. We have a strict no party policy. We also have a maximum of 10 people. If you have more than 10 people or a party or bring more than 2 pets, your entire group will be asked to leave and you will receive no refund. There are additional basic rules in our welcome email and house manual that must also be followed, including pet rules.

Great house close to town

The house was perfect for our family reunion. It was clean, had lots of beds, and Chris was very responsive to questions. Location is great for walking into town for breakfast/coffee.

Family Event

We stayed for a nearby Chris Stapleton concert and this property was excellent! The proximity to the main winnipesaukee area and the bank of nh pavilion was perfect for our group. Our host was incredibly communicative, accommodating and flexible and I would recommend this property to anyone looking to book for a weekend getaway!

Our bachelor party had a really good time at this location! The VRBO was spacious and had plenty of sleeping arrangements. Everything in Meredith was walkable. Michelle was responsive and accommodating. Thank you for hosting our crew!

Weekend Away

Would highly recommend staying here. Chris was extremely helpful before/during/after our stay. The house was clean and there was plenty of room to stay for large groups. The location of the house is perfect as you can walk everywhere. Would not hesitate for a second to stay here again.

Will stay again!

This home was perfect for our family. Stayed here for our yearly family trip and had a great time! House was in the perfect location and was the perfect size. Everyone had their own space when needed but also plenty of room to come together and hangout as well. We were able to walk to dinner every night which was perfect especially with our 1 year old. Will be planning to stay again!

Great weekend stay in NH

Stayed here with a group of friends for a wedding at Church Landing. The house was exactly what we needed for the weekend. Clean and nicely decorated with plenty of beds, 2 living rooms with couch/tvs and walking distance to the lake and cute little town. Chris was a great host and very communicative before we checked in. Would definitely stay here again!

We had a family wedding at Church Landing and this location was perfect. 8 of us stayed, there was plenty of room and we had everything we needed! If you need a convenient location to the Mills Falls area and Meredith, I would recommend this home! One downfall, a steep stairway, if you have children.

New years getaway

We stayed for new years and it was such a great time. Everyone had space to hangout, eat and relax. There were many cute shops that were walking distance from the house. Chris was so great and accommodating!

House is newly renovated making it super clean. Well stocked with linens and all essentials for the kitchen. Great location walking distance to all of downtown Meredith. Highly recommend renting this house!!!

Amazing New England getaway

Everything about this house was amazing! Originally we were looking for a house right on the lake but this one was cheaper and way easier to book. Very easy access to the lake 1min drive from the house. Free overnight boat parking 1 min down the road. The restaurant recommendations Chris had were right on point! Chris communicated very well and was very timely with all responses! I highly recommend you stay here if you’re looking for a getaway in New England on one of the best lakes in the region!

Meredith NH for a wedding

My husband and I plus our 2 adult children and their significant others (6 total) all attended a family wedding the Friday of Labor Day weekend. We expected to pay a huge sum for 3 hotel rooms plus pay a dog sitter. Instead, we had a house, brought the dog and a dog sitter, and had a wonderful time for half the price. The house provided us with a place to hang out and really spend time together. We walked to Hermit Woods Winery Saturday. Walked everywhere we went all weekend. 2 living rooms was an unexpected bonus! Room at the table for all of us for breakfast and late night games.

Excellent Stay in Meredith / Lake Winni

Just spent a long weekend with two families, total of 8 people (adults and kids) and really enjoyed it! Communication with owner was excellent and checkin/out was a breeze. House was outfitted with everything we needed. House is recently renovated, which the owner continues to work on to make improvements. Beds super comfortable. Easy 7min walking distance to a marina where we rented a big pontoon boat for two days on Lake Winni and also just 5min walk into town for a lot of restaurant options right on the water. It was a super hot weekend but house had enough AC to keep us cool.

Perfect vacation

This charming house was in the perfect location steps from downtown Meredith. We were able to easily walk to restaurants, stores, and the town docks. And our host, Chris, could not have been easier to deal with! From the start he was very communicative and responsive, and he went out of his way to make sure we were happy and had everything we needed. We stayed for 2 weeks, and halfway through our stay Chris even had supplies (paper towels, toilet paper,, laundry detergent, propane, etc) delivered to our doorstep! He truly thought of everything to make it an stress-free vacation. We will be back!
