"This was a bea"

"It was very comfortable and clean! The sheets were exceptionally soft and the bed was really comfortable. The AC was leaking the first day and they were very responsive and had it fixed in a couple hours. It was 90+ outside while we were there and the room stayed cool. I would stay here again. "

"Me and my husband enjoyed our stay. We loved the fact that there are soo many restaurants nearby. The location was almost in the middle so everything we planned to do, was only a few minutes from the Lodge. It was very quiet and neatly kept. If we come that way again, we will stay at the Lodge for sure. "

"We were on bikes and the staff was very hospitable offering rags to wipe our bikes down when we needed them or just anything we needed a bike parking area for them would be a huge improvement there weee several places to eat within walking distance "

"We really appreciated the young lady who checked us in! We lived our room, it was nice and clean. We wished the restaurant was still open, we enjoyed it in the past!"

"Only negative about this property is the musky rooms. Have stayed here twice now and even in 2 seperate buildings, both rooms were exactly the same. But i am still giving it 5 stars because the price and perks definitely make up for the muskyness. My kids think this is the greatest place with the free pool, mini put, shuffleboard, soccer pool, cornhole, ping pong and pool movie night. "I traveled for work for several years. I generally stayed in the Hilton brand of motels. I can say that for an independent motel this motel would keep up with their standards. The motel was remarkably clean from the lobby to our room. The staff were extremely friendly and professional. I spoke to other guest and discovered that they were repeat customers. I will definitely stay here again and highly recommend it. "

"We checked in pretty late, and the physical key was left in the door for us. The lady in the office was super friendly, which really helped us relax during our stay. "Very quirky, cool, old style motel...very Eureka Springs. The staff was great, the bar was fun and had great food. The rooms would be much better if they didn't have carpet in them, it made the rooms a little musty Overall I would stay there again."
