I checked out within just three hours of my arrival at this property, and the reason for my abrupt departure lies entirely with hotel's unreasonable policies and lack of concern for guest satisfaction.
Upon entering my room, I discovered the television was not functional for my needs. I immediately reported this to the reception, only to be met with a dismissive and illogical response. I was told that guests are not permitted to log into streaming services like Netflix or YouTube, and that this was simply "policy."
To be perfectly clear: I was not asking Ramada to provide me with a subscription. As the account holder, I was simply requesting the basic functionality to access my own personal accounts on the television set provided in my room. In what world does it make sense to block guests from using their own paid subscriptions to enjoy their downtime when they are traveling?
This idiotic policy completely spoiled our trip. We were forced to pack up and relocate to a different facility where we could actually relax and enjoy our time without being hindered by nonsensical restrictions. Your refusal to provide a simple solution demonstrates a profound lack of care for guest experience. I am utterly disappointed and would never recommend this hotel to anyone.
