"My family and I stayed here and we thoroughly liked it. Excellent location right off the Grieg street walking bridge. Lots of shopping and restaurant options. The interior of the unit was very clean and safe and easy to get too. We appreciated the in unit washer/dryer to catch up on our laundry while on our trip. The check in process with the owners was simple and straight forward. Highly recommend. "

"This historic building is in the perfect location. The dining area is remodeled and absolutely beautiful. Food is really good. The rooms are very nice as well. Just remember there’s no lifts to rooms as it’s a historic building. The location is so close to rail and bus stations. The staff is super nice and very helpful with any needs you might have. The grounds are nice but this is located in the city in a neighborhood. I felt it was misrepresented. That said, their scones were good."

"Hotel indicates they have parking, but it’s very limited for the amount of rooms and we were never able to get a spot. There’s a lot of trash outside the hotel as well as old dog poop just sitting outside. The front door was never cleaned up. Inside walls needed to be repainted. There were things splashed and dripped down the walls. The worst was our bathroom there was mold growing on the walls (near the floor) and when we took a shower, the whole bathroom flooded. "We stayed in the one bedroom apartment. It was convenient to the town center and the hotel staff were amazing. "
