"This property looks great! It’s one of the cleanest in the city. They have internet and good breakfast. They also have AC in every room which is great! Beds are okay. Customer service was excellent. It’s a safe place to be if you don’t like noise. I will come back again on my next visit. "

"The hotel is excellent! Our only complaint is the lack of communication with the shuttle from the hotel. We asked for a shuttle that would hold 12 people and a 7 passenger car showed up. Other than that everything was excellent."

"On the 26th April 2025 Saturday afternoon, I went round Accra,looking for Peckan hotel's address at Nii Torgbor Avenue, East Legon Accra and I couldnt find the Str called Nii Torgbor avenue. I rang their mobile phone and it rang throughout with no answer. I got a bike man to take me round East Legon which we did and nobody knew where Pekan Hotel Accra was. We asked several people and not even one person knew Pekan Hotel. I decided to get into a big Restaurant to surf for another Hotels.com...

"the property was off in back of some "EXTEMELY" bumpy back alley in the dark. The address was unsearchable, the host was unknowledgeable. I did NOT stay at this property, I couldn't. They had my reservations all fouled up."

"The location offered only a few amenities, such as restaurant and convenience store at the corner. But the owner became very rude when to me when I used a mobile money application he did not know. He called me and my guests names and held us against our will until the cash was accepted. I would not recommend this hotel because of thing's like th is. "

"This was my 4th stay at what I call my home while in Ghana. I always feel at home here and have never had any issues. I got stuck there an extra 2 weeks then I originally plan because of COVID and the owner and workers made sure we were comfortable and secure. I really love this place and will be staying here on my upcoming visit in May. "

"It was a lovely property! Very safe, very clean and excellent amenities. The people I speak to were very nice as well. The only issue I had was communication during checkout. It was delayed and I was a bit panicked about mu luggage."

"Excellent family run apartments, staff all very willing to assist. Food can be cooked if ordered well in advance, and there is a take away menu in the room but aside from breakfast, there is not really a restaurant. however, this is really an apartment, and as such it is excellent. Would definitely return here and recommend without hesitation."
