Charming finca with incredible views of the countryside. It has 5 bedrooms distributed in two floors. Enjoy a peaceful stay just 10 minutes drive from the beach of Son Bou.

We hope you have lots of laughter and fun times during your vacation! However, we’d really appreciate it if you’re mindful and keep noise to a minimum during nighttime hours. Parties are absolutely forbidden during the whole stay.

Located in an idyllic setting, this villa offers you a perfect place to relax and enjoy nature. Only 3 minutes drive from the town of Mercadal where you have all necessary services such as restaurants, supermarket, shops, pharmacy, etc.
Also a short drive from some of the best beaches on the island. Son Bou (10 minutes by car), Platjas de Fornells (15 minutes), Santo Tomás (15 minutes).

Take some time to visit the quarry of Santa Ponça (6 km)
You can buy authentic artisan cheese from Menorca at S'Arangí de Mercadal or at Quesos Binillubet.

Had to cancel - no aircon

We booked this property based on the fact it was listed as having aircon on Vrbo. Unfortunately when we arrived and checked in at midnight we realised there was no aircon at all in the villa and only 2 fans for the 5 bedrooms. We notified the management straight away as this wasn’t acceptable for us, so we cancelled and moved out the next morning when we had another villa sorted. It seems the villa has been listed incorrectly as having aircon but I am currently in discussions with the management to provide me with a refund as we made the booking based on the listing which was incorrect. I have yet to hear back from them.
