Just a few meters from the most important promenades of the city such as the Tappeiner Promenade, Gilfpromenade, Lungo Passirio promenade and in December you will find the Christmas Market nearby. You are almost in Via dei Portici (street) and a few steps away from the Spa with its swimming pools and wellness centers ! The location of the apartment is perfect for those who want to discover the old town on foot! In Merano you have also the possibility to visit the Trauttmansdorff Castle of the princess Sissi with its unique gardens and museum, the majestic Castle Tyrol, Princely Castle, etc.. Do not miss this great opportunity! The location of our apartment gives you accessibility to all amenities/facilities (public transport, tourist office, etc.)! Our apartment is ideal for 2 people, it is located on the 1st floor of the building and is completely new! A nice studio apartment (internal courtyard view) with kitchenette, table and chairs, LCD TV with satellite and free WIFI. In the same room you have also a double sofa bed ! The kitchen (the kitchenette) is fully furnished with dishwasher, microwave, cutlery and pots for cooking. The bathroom has a shower and toilet. Towels (face and shower) and sheets are included .Final cleaning NOT included.
