House of Luli is an elegant, romantic and comfortable villa just 10 meters from the best beach in Sicily, Lido Fiori in Menfi, awarded every year with the prestigious international Blue Flag for Pediatrics cleanliness and healthiness of sand, ideal for children.
The villa is surrounded by a large pine forest that offers shaded areas in which to relax and enjoy moments of pure happiness. Lounge chairs for sunbathing and barbecues. The covered terrace overlooking the garden is furnished with sofas and chairs.
The villa is on two floors and can accommodate up to 8 people. On the ground floor there is a large air-conditioned double bedroom, a bedroom with air-conditioned bunk bed and a bathroom with shower. On the first floor the second bedroom is air conditioned, the third bedroom with French bed, toilet.
On the private road leading to the sea. Guests can use umbrellas and deck chairs for the beach.
Supplied with linens, towels and beach towels.
Free Wi-Fi and parking included.
Guests have access to the entire house and external spaces that surround it.

Lido in Menfi is one of the most famous and beautiful beaches of Sicily, in which we fly the Blue Flag, an international award for the excellent quality of the sea, the Green Flag of the Italian Society of Pediatrics that recommends this beach for children, the flag WWF preserving nesting "Caretta caretta" turtles annually lay their eggs along this coast.
Wines of excellence produces the territory of Sicily, where you can admire the hills. Those who love the good winery in the area. Lido Fiori in Menfi is an ideal base for exploring the southern coast of Sicily. The Selinunte Archaeological Park is just a few kilometers away and you can admire the colonnades of the Greek. If you like archeology, you can continue to visit the site of Eraclea Minoa.

Das Haus und der Garten sind sehr schön und gut gepflegt. Eine idyllische Lage. Durch ein Tor (verschliessbar) geht man wenige Meter direkt zum schönen Sandstrand, der nie überlaufen war. Vom Haus kann man Liegen und Liegestühle mitnehmen. Das Meer ist wunderbar, sauber und am Anfang flach, also auch für kleine Kinder geeignet. Leider sind die Matratzen recht hart, was aber nicht jeden stört. Das Grundstück ist gut gesichert, der Facility-Beauftragte kam sofort, wenn etwas war (z.B. ein kurzer Stromausfall). Wunderbare Strandspaziergänge mit unserem Hund morgens und abends. Die nächste wirklich schöne Stadt ist Sciacca, wo man schöne Geschäfte und Restaurants findet. Der Skulpturenpark ist absolut sehenswert. In Menfi haben wir nur in einem grossen, klimatisierten Penny-Markt eingekauft. Der archäologische Park in Selinunte ist auf jeden Fall einen Besuch wert. Ein gelungener Urlaub!

Fantastic large house for families

We had a fantastic 6 days at this house. The location right on the beach is great for kids, and the house was incredibly comfortable for the 6 of us. We would highly recommend this house to anyone. The house is a short distance by car from Menfi, a small town that has a few supermarkets and other shops where you can get everything you need.

a holiday including everything

The house is perfectly located at the beach. It is well equiped for a perfect holiday. Even when you start with 25°C in the sun and half way your holiday the storm weather with rain and ligthning. We enjoyed family moments of looking at itunes movies in the livingroom. The beach is fantastic for kids as our kids loved bodyboarding on the waves. The support from the owners in the bad weather was super. In the end our holiday was extraordinary including all to relax and recharge the batteries even in the worst situation of storm. no bad item at all about the house and owners.

a wonderful place for a family with children

The pictures give a good impression of the house. It was clean on arrival. The beach is just as close as is shown in the pictures and is really wonderful, including for children (ours are 8 and 10 years old). You can hear the constant sound of the waves, yet you are in a different world in the house's little terrace and garden, which is well enclosed, not overlooked. Once you pass the small gate between the house and beach, then the sea and lovely white sandy beach welcomes you. There is a small bistro place set a bit back, about 200m away to the west, a small walk on the beach, which by itself is worth a visit and which was all day open throughout our stay, for snacks or small meals and drinks. We had a brilliant week in October, one of the best autumn holidays we ever had as a family. Thank you!
