"Friendly staff and very helpful. Close to everything. Rooftop bar very nice just a shame no use of lobby downstairs in the day, would’ve been nice if you could buy a coffee in the evening. But an enjoyable stay."

The Guest House at Graceland
"Great property. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean and well laid out with amenities that we found useful. Elvis music everywhere of course but done in a fun way. We enjoyed our stay!"

Big Cypress Lodge
"Great place to visit. The room was so cool. When was the last time you stayed some Where that you had free snacks and water in your room. Loved sitting out on the balcony in the rocking chairs. "The hotel is fantastic and the view from the rooftop bar is amazing. The only complaint I have was that the valet service decided to change all the settings in our car. Both the seat settings were erased, the radio was changed and the temperature setting was adjusted. Not the end of the world. Just ..."

"The staff was not unpleasant. The property was okay-ish; it needs updating. The conference rooms for the conference we attended were okay-ish. The room was okay-ish. it was relatively clean. Overall, the experience was okay-ish, excluding the parking situation. The charges for parking are egregious. ..."
