This charming and spacious holiday home in the peaceful village of Hoby, Leicestershire, is the perfect retreat for families, friends, and reunions. The ground floor boasts a large living room with a cosy open fire, a second snug with its own fire, a spacious kitchen/diner with modern amenities, and a formal dining room. A highlight of the property is the expansive conservatory, featuring underfloor heating, a log burner, a pool table, and comfortable seating. Lovely homely stay

We all really enjoyed our stay , the property had a lovely homely feel with lots of lovely art to look at. The bedrooms were all a good sizze and we would definitely stay againThe bedrooms
