The Space:

Warm marble and wood tones set the tone from the moment you walk in — this is a penthouse that feels as good as it looks. Bright, modern furnishings and cool tile floors run throughout, with an open-plan living and kitchen area at the heart of the home. The kitchen leaves nothing to be desired: oven, stovetop, fridge, dishwasher, washing machine, and a full set of cutlery and crockery are all at your disposal. Wind down in front of the flat screen TV after a day of exploring, or head straight up to the rooftop. The double bedroom has the luxury of its own private ensuite shower, while the twin room is served by a separate full bathroom. For groups of up to 4, the layout is comfortable and practical. And then there's the rooftop terrace — the undisputed highlight of the apartment. Generous, private, and open to the Maltese sky, it's the perfect stage for alfresco dinners, sundowners, or simply watching the city lights flicker on as evening falls.



Guest Access:

The penthouse is entirely yours from the moment you arrive — no shared spaces, no interruptions. Entry to the building is via intercom, and a smart electronic lock gets you straight into the apartment. Self-check-in means you're in control of your arrival time, with no need to coordinate with anyone.



The Neighborhood:

Mellieħa is a traditional and authentic Maltese village with a main street lined with restaurants, bars, cafés and shops — everything you need within easy walking distance. Għadira Bay, Malta's longest beach at 800 metres of white sand and clear shallow water, is around 30 minutes on foot or a quick hop on the local bus — very convenient for a spontaneous beach day. History lovers can explore the Mellieħa Air Raid Shelter, a remarkable WWII underground complex dug by hand that stretches over 500 metres at a depth of 12 metres. Just a short drive away, Popeye Village in Anchor Bay is a former film set turned theme park, while the Blue Lagoon on Comino island is easily accessible from Mellieħa, being much closer to the Gozo Channel than resorts further south. The iconic Red Tower offers panoramic views over the entire northern peninsula, including Gozo and Comino — especially breathtaking at sunset.



Getting Around:

Malta's bus network runs through Mellieħa, providing easy connections to the beach, Popeye Village, and the rest of the island, including regular services into Valletta. Buses pass through Mellieħa regularly since it sits on the route toward the Gozo ferry terminal, making day trips to Gozo straightforward. For those renting a car, street parking is available near the apartment — and having wheels gives you the freedom to explore hidden bays, Golden Bay, and the quieter corners of northern Malta at your own pace. The airport is around 30–40 minutes by car.

Self‑Check‑In, Eco Tax & Guest Portal:

This is a self‑check‑in holiday home. Your unique access code will be available in your Guest Portal once the eco tax has been paid and your Self Check‑In Form completed. Codes activate at 3:00 PM, our official check‑in time. If you’d like to drop off luggage earlier, send us a quick message and we’ll confirm if it’s possible, depending on our cleaning schedule. This is a very popular holiday home and our housekeeping team needs 5–6 hours to prepare the property to a high standard, so your understanding is appreciated. Once your booking is confirmed, our Guest Experience Team will be in touch and you can choose your preferred way to communicate with us; our phone number is also available in the Guest Portal if you’d like to speak to someone directly.



Submitting your eco tax online:

Eco tax, in line with Malta’s Environmental Contribution regulations, must be paid securely via our online payment link before arrival. A secure payment link is sent to you upon booking confirmation. For a smooth arrival, we recommend submitting your payment on the day you book, so you can then complete your Self Check‑In Form and gain access to our Guest Portal to start planning your stay.
