"When i walked in the receptionist, Trang, greeted me and made my check-in seamless& quick. When i asked about getting something to eat for the evening she informed me the hotel could order pizza and have it delivered. We had a slight language barrier, but she walked me through the menu & helped me order. When the order came she delivered it to my room. She also helped me forward money to a person from whom i had purchased gifts to take home. Her commitment to customer satisfaction was...
