It also has 2 bedrooms as well as a bathroom and can therefore accommodate 5 people. Outside there is a spacious, furnished terrace for relaxing hours under the warm sun. A supermarket is 900 m or a 12 minutes' walk away and several restaurants, bars and cafés are just 450 m or 6 minutes from the property.
