"Room 109 needs attention. Mold due to shower grout missing in handicapped room. Housekeeping was good but did not like having service only every other day. "

"The room was well kept & clean but had a really strong smell of Mold for some odd reason. My husband & i tried to see where the mold was coming from but no signs physically showing. The hotel itself was definitely quiet & family friendly. Would maybe consider to go back when visiting Melbourne again."

"room rate was okay. Extra charge for pets excessive. No front desk employees was terrible. A kiosk for contacts...really!? Kiosk person barely spoke english. Bed sheets and towels never changed in 3 days. Poor rating."

"A short stop over after a long flight from the UK. Staff are really nice, breakfast is adequate, rooms were very clean & comfortable. The pool was a bonus. The area is very quiet! Right across the street you have a publix very handy."

"Ac was great cooking utensils I think u have to pay for but I haven't asked honestly... The 3 front desk clerks I dealt with were super amazing! Wish I remembered all there names!! Quiet not a lot of craziness given it's an extended stay we know what can come along with those.... I will say this one was even better than a hotel in orlando that I got into before which was a higher dollar hotel and let's just say things didn't work out how people would have expected and I wasn't the only one with...
