Newly renovated spacious 4BR home with pool & game room, 800m from the Beach

  • Spacious home which comfortably accommodates 10 guests (maximum)! Enjoy our backyard oasis with solar heated pool and outdoor shower, just off of the Game Room with foosball, pool, and air hockey for the ‘kids.’ Bikes are provided for a quick ride to beautiful beaches for sunrise, or the Melbourne Beach Pier for sunsets. All beach chairs, toys, towels and beach carts are provided for your convenience. 70 miles from Disney World or less than an hour drive to Cape Canaveral for quick day trip ideas! NEWLY RENOVATED IN Fall 2024! Kitchen, Florida Room w/ Bar, and all exterior hardscaping completed in December 2024.

    Property Details: All 4 bedrooms are located on the south side of the house along with the guest bathroom. The main living room and dining area (with coffee bar) are in the center of the house with large sliding doors to the enclosed Florida room (which includes a bar, football, air hockey and mini pool table). The open concept kitchen is brand new as of December 2024, and has a service door directly to the bar in the Florida room. There is a second living area with a sofa bed and games/DVDs, and office area for working remotely (with a sliding door for privacy from the kitchen). The powder room is connected to the laundry room.

    Outside we have a solar-heated saltwater pool in a fully fenced in yard, that also includes a double sized outdoor shower. We provide a Traeger wood pellet smoker grill (please only use if you are familiar with wood pellet smokers). In the garage, there are 10 bikes, beach chairs/umbrella/wagon/toys/boogie boards.

We truly couldn’t be more happy with our recent stay. This was the first time we’ve taken a family vacation to the Space coast/ Melbourne area of Florida and this property alone makes me want to come back to this space house again and again. Even when we were just hanging out at the house there was plenty to do for the whole family. Our youngest spent 3 hours in the pool just as happy as he could be. Our older kids having the pool table was great. The house is totally updated and just beautiful with windows letting in tons of natural light. The property owners provide everything you’d need. Tons and tons of towels for showers and the beach/pool, there are law chairs, skateboards, bikes to use. There is public beach access less than a 3 minute drive. There are so many restaurants very close by as well as shops and grocery stores. The little touches all over the house show the property owners use this as a personal retreat themselves. Please please please use rent this house a million times over. Only one side note the smoke detectors in the house are a bit touchy so be careful when cooking.

Absolutely fantastic property. The owners thought of everything. Open concept, great views to the patio and pool. Beautiful neighborhood and so close to the beach. Amazing stay !!!

Absolutely amazing stay ! The house was clean and the space was great. Great time playing pool and catching the rays outside ! Very quiet part of Melbourne and a nice walk away from small shops and restaurants. Very close to the beach and enough beach chairs and other beach needs !

Absolutely Beautiful!!The host Devin was great with communications leading up to and during our stay. Instructions were clear. The home is exactly as pictured and described. Clean, clean, clean!! Plenty of washclothes and towels. Great attention to detail. The kitchen has everything you could need. We hosted a small get together and there was plenty of space. The children loved the game room, and the pool table got plenty of use. The pool was perfect. The door seating spectacular and relaxing. Our FAVORITE part, were the bikes. We jumped on and rode around the community and down to the beach. A must do if you stay here. Parking was plenty. We used the garage and driveway during our gathering and that was fine. Everything was excellent. Excited to stay again. Devin, thank you, you are a Super Host.

Great place for a weekend getaway

The house has everything you need. Comfy beds and great pool. Plenty of bikes and towels make it easy to plan your beach stay. No free parking at the beach.

Our stay

Very nice remodel of the property. It was very clean upon arrival. Nicely appointed kitchen. Bring some of your own basics to use.Lovely backyard.To go along with the other refreshed furnishings, new sofas might be needed or a refresh of the existing ones. Otherwise a great place for a family or just 2. Neighborhood was quiet and easy to get to places.

Perfect for family

We were in town for a wedding. My husband and our 2 grown children and 4 grandchildren stayed in the house. There was every imaginable game for the kids. They rode the bikes all over the neighborhood and to the beach! Layout of the house was perfect and had everything we needed.

Perfect size for our three familiy group which included small children and a pet. The kitchen has a great range of cookware: Everything listed in amentities was available plus some. I have to add the mattress in the master bedroom was also very comfortable!! The house is close to multiple beaches and Cocoa was just a short drive up the coastline.The host communicated consistently and had thorough instructions available. In addition, she is assisting us to get something we left behind.

Exceptional! Everything about our stay was just perfect. Communication with Devin, the owner, was top notch. She responded to our inquiries immediately. We had a slight issue upon arrival, and it was resolved very promptly. The home is lovely-clean, well maintained, and very comfortable. The layout is excellent and great for families. The pool area...just wow! The backyard is beautiful and the pool furniture high quality. The kitchen is so pretty and well stocked. The only thing worth mentioning is that the AC is set to not cool lower than 72 degrees. For us non Floridians, it was a little too warm for sleeping. We would have preferred it a couple degrees cooler. Also, there was no bath soap or shampoo, so be sure to pack your own. I'm hard to please, and this property exceeded my expectations. We hope to return next year!
