The Space:

This is a property built for groups who want togetherness without giving up their own space - and a front-row seat to one of Florida's most unforgettable sights.



Layout

Set on three-quarters of an acre directly on the water, this duplex-style estate gives your group two distinct wings, connected by an exterior staircase. One level can host the early risers chasing sunrise photos, while the other sleeps in - both groups sharing the same address without sharing a schedule. It's the kind of layout that makes multi-family trips and reunions actually work.

Sleeping arrangements

Seven bedrooms are spread across the two floors, giving every guest a place to settle in after a day on the sand. Five of the bathrooms are private ensuites, so morning routines don't turn into a queue. The bed configuration in the bedrooms is as following:

- While we love all furry friends, ONLY dogs are allowed at this property, with a fee of $100 per pet, per stay.
