"Not a good experience for me, I'm afraid. You have to call to get the access code to the keybox. It would be easier if they could email/text on morning of arrival. The room was nice and clean although the sofa bed had some stains.
Unfortunately, i couldn't get wifi to work, and I tried everything.There was no one on site to help, even though I'd checked in exactly at time requested. I had to find another hotel locally who kindly allowed me to use their guest wifi. It was essential as i needed...

"Let's start with the fact that the photos advertised for this property do not reflect reality. That alone feels misleading and sets the wrong expectations from the outset.
The room showed clear signs of neglect, with dead mosquitoes still stuck to the walls. Despite the obvious mosquito problem, there were no window screens and no mosquito repellent provided. Around the pool area, the number of insects made it uncomfortable to sit and relax.
The most concerning issue, however, was safety....

"Staff at this hotel make the holiday experience excellent could not fault any of them. Hotel is in a great location too close to the coral bay main area and the food at this hotel is all homemade so good quality. "
