This charming 65 m² flat with mountain views, within walking distance of the ski resort, can accommodate up to 7 people. Located on the 2nd floor (no lift), it comprises an attractive 15 m² living room, a separate fitted kitchen, three good bedrooms and two bathrooms (with shower and bath).

The accommodation comprises

First floor:
- 15 m² living room with TV, dining area and sitting area
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- Bathroom with shower and WC

Second floor:
- Bedroom 1: King-size bed (180×200)
- Bedroom 2: One double bed
- Bedroom 3: Two single beds
- Relaxation area with sofa bed and TV
- Bathroom with bath and WC

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: high chair, washing machine, cot, iron.

Outside:
- A balcony of around 5 m² with furniture to enjoy the sunny days.

The flat is ideally located in Megève, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.
