The breakfast is okay and reasonable price and has a great sea view, and the on-site restaurant was perfect for romantic dinner. The hotel's location is superb and walking distance as Dhiffushi is a very tiny island. My only minor complaint was the broke kettle and the air conditioning loudness which is normal. "Lovely, bright hotel in a gorgeous location! Stunning views all around. Mainly for a romantic get away. String WiFi but not exactly business friendly. The food is really good! But not worth half-board or full-board prices. No alcohol on this island (Huraa) but there's a day pass to a resort that does. Water activities can be organized, no problem. Best part was the staff for sure! Absolutely warm, attentive and competent. I was treated with respect; like a welcomed guest! There are 2 extra cafes...

"This was our second time staying at joy island and we will continue to come annually. Staff and service is always extremely welcoming and helpful. This time round the buggy service was a bit slow which was a little disappointing but it was quite busy. Our server Alisha at palm beach was amazing. "
