This natural stone house is located in Medulin, 200 m from the sea, the marina, and the fishing harbor, as well as the old town center, in a beautiful location on a quiet cul-de-sac, nestled in a lovely Mediterranean garden with palm trees, fig trees, grapevines, etc.

Wi-Fi access is available throughout the house and garden free of charge.

The 100 m² house features, on the lower level, an entryway and living area with satellite TV, as well as a kitchen equipped with all standard appliances, including a stove, oven, refrigerator, electric kettle, coffee maker, and toaster. Also located on the first floor are two small bathrooms with showers and a bedroom with a double bed. A staircase leads to the upper floor, where there are two smaller bedrooms, each with a double bed.

The furnishings are simple and standard; a washing machine is provided.

Thanks to its construction, the stone house maintains a very pleasant indoor climate during the few excessively hot summer days; central air conditioning is also available for use as needed or desired.

The outdoor area consists of a spacious and fully enclosed garden that offers plenty of room for playing and relaxing. The spacious covered patio features a barbecue area, a dining table, and solid wood benches.

Parking is available directly on the property.

The house’s location is indeed a major advantage of this vacation home, especially for those who prefer to leave their car behind and enjoy beautiful, relaxing walks: Everything is within walking distance—beautiful beaches, shopping, sports, and entertainment for adults and children. A supermarket, bakery, and newsstand are about a 3- to 10-minute walk away. Everything is within walking distance, yet you’re staying in an oasis of tranquility—that’s what makes for a wonderful and relaxing vacation.

From Medulin, you can easily explore all of Istria on day trips or visit all the Istrian attractions in Pula, Rovinj, Poreč, Motovun, Grožnjan, and more.

This vacation home is not suitable for youth groups.

Note for families with small children: This is a traditional Istrian stone house with original architectural features and no special child safety measures (e.g., stair gates or outlet covers) or children’s furniture.

The security deposit of 100 euros will be collected or refunded on site.
