The property is situated in the town centre, near the old town. The domicile is popular also because of the view from the property of the panorama and the quiet location. This holiday property is family-friendly accommodation. Available for use: sunshade, terrace and garden furniture.

Medulin, district Centar, 50 m above sea level. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. Access is via a side road (asphalted). Parking (for 1 car) is available in a parking lot in the village (distance 200 m). There is a charging station for electric cars in the village (200 m).

Air conditioning. Cot, internet access (Wi-Fi), iron, ironing board and washing machine. Television reception is via satellite. The accommodation is furnished to be allergy-friendly.
For your safety, the accommodation is equipped with a first aid kit.

Cooking nook in the living room (20 sqm) with TV, dining area, gas stove (3 flames), electric stove (1 plate), oven, extractor hood, fridge (icebox), microwave, toaster, electric kettle, washing machine and access to the terrace. Bathroom (5 sqm) with washing machine, shower, 1 washbasin and WC.
