There is one bedroom with en-suite bathroom and closet space. The bedroom has a queen bed, 58 inch tv, features air conditioning, black out drapes, and another built in space for desk or for make up.

You will have private access to the whole unit, full bedroom, bathroom, kitchen area. And you will share common spaces of the building.

El edificio cuenta con un guardia de seguridad a tiempo parcial. tendrás una llave de la puerta princial para entrar en el edificio y hay cerradura electrónica para el apartamento por lo que sólo utilizará su código de entrada.

TÉRMINOS Y CONDICIONES DE LA ESTADÍA

1. Respeta las horas de silencio: No se permiten fiestas ni música alta después de las 10 pm (domingo a jueves) y las 12 am (fines de semana). Las infracciones pueden resultar en multas y posible expulsión.

2. No fumar: Está prohibido fumar en las áreas comunes o balcones según la Ley 1335 de 2009.

3. Actividades ilegales: Cualquier actividad ilegal (por ejemplo, tráfico, prostitución, uso de drogas) será reportada a las autoridades.

4. Registro de huéspedes: Todos los huéspedes deben registrarse con identificación original o pasaporte en la recepción. Los menores de edad necesitan permiso notariado de sus padres.

5. No arrojar basura: No arrojar basura ni colillas de cigarrillos desde las ventanas. Multas de hasta $300,000 COP.

6. No subarrendar: El apartamento no se puede transferir a otras personas sin autorización.

7. Advertencias por ruido: La música alta o el ruido resultarán en advertencias y multas.
