"Everything was great! The only issues was drainage in our room. The shower and sink had a slow drain and you were pretty much bathing and showering at the same time lol Staff was great when we mentioned it to them and a free breakfast?!? Can’t ask for more"

"Staff are so friendly that they are like family. They greet with a smile. The breakfast is amazing and hot. Rooms are so nice and clean. They have cloths to use in for messes ,instead of face cloths. Pool and hot tub was so clean and very relaxing and enjoyed very much. Will be staying there again. Thanks for the amazing staff."

"The room was very clean and the owner was very friendly and helpful. The room is a good size and has a full kitchenette which would be really great if staying for multiple days. My only issue was the mattress was uncomfortable (can feel the springs) so didn't get a very good sleep. It is nice there is a restaurant right beside the suites. "

"The beds are awful. Hear and feel the springs as you roll over awful. Each bed gets 2 small lumpy pillows so also awful. This hotel needs some serious revamp and renovations. Such a shame since it at point it was the nicest place to stay in Medicine Hat and has great bones and potential to be a great hotel."

"Very nice older motel. Exceptionally clean. I had just had eye surgery and the young man at the desk came without asking and opened the door and carried my bags in. If I ever need to stay in Medicine Hat again it will definitely be the Belair. "

"It was concerning arriving to a broken down motel with a sign saying to check in at the econolodge accross the street. When i did, the gentleman at the door SK was extremely friendly and helpful, and accommodated me putting me away from any noise in a beautiful room in the econolodge itself. Suprisingly Wonderful experience, plan to stay here again. "

"You need security, I was talking outside at one of the access doors and a homeless man came out and I was scared, the next day the homeless man had damaged my car and bent the license plate."
