"The staff friendly. They are in midst of remodeling / painting. My room had fresh paint, smell was lingering. Elevator was slow. My door handle wasn't function properly."

"The checking in process was pretty fast. However the gentleman at the reception desk was not very friendly. I walked up and said hello, he said how may I help you? no hello back. Them he sort of pointed to the back and said the elevators are to my left.He was not wearing a name badge so I do not know his name, but the other two young ladies that I came in contact with at the desk were much better.
